We recently tested the Royal Enfield Himalayan rival from Classic Legends for the first ride review, and you can read all about it here. That said, in this article, we bring you the best images from the new Yezdi Adventure first ride review.
The new Yezdi Adventure packs a rugged design that showcases a good road presence. At first glance, the Adventure may look similar to the Himalayan. However, closer inspection reveals the differences between the two motorcycles.
The front fascia includes an adventure motorcycle-style beak along with a round headlight and a windscreen. However, like the Himalayan, the new Yezdi Adventure uses LED lighting all around and a more modern design for the rear-view mirrors.
The metal frame at the front is a mandatory optional part that buyers have to buy with the motorcycle. Other styling elements include split-style seats, dual-purpose tyres, an upswept exhaust, and fork gaiters.
The premium features on the Yezdi Adventure include a fully-digital instrument cluster, full-LED lighting, and a USB and integrated Type-C ports. The instrument cluster is Bluetooth-enabled and it shows turn-by-turn navigation.
Unlike the Himalayan, the Yezdi Adventure uses a liquid-cooled motor. The 334cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine on the Yezdi Adventure is based on the motor from the Jawa Perak bobber. However, Classic Legends has claimed to have made changes to the internals.
Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the engine makes 29.8bhp of power at 8,000rpm and 29.9Nm of peak torque at 6,500rpm.
The cycle parts are similar to the Royal Enfield Himalayan. Thus, the suspension tasks are handled by telescopic front forks and a rear mono-shock.
The braking hardware includes single discs on both wheels. However, unlike its rival, the Yezdi Adventure features three levels of ABS intervention – Road, Rain, and Off-Road.
