BMW Motorrad India is all set to launch its smallest sportbike, the G310 RR, which will be based on the TVS Apache RR310 that has been on sale in India for a long time. Besides a couple of alterations, the G310 RR will essentially be identical to the Apache. All the details of the bike will be revealed at its launch on 15 July but official bookings have already commenced online and offline.
Hero Splendor Xtec reaches dealerships
Hero MotoCorp recently launched the Splendor Plus X-tec in India at Rs 72,900 (ex-showroom) and the first lot of the bike has arrived at dealerships. The X-tec trim gives the Splendor Plus a new list of features like a fully digital console with Bluetooth connectivity. It also gives you access to call and SMS alerts as well as real-time mileage. Furthermore, the Splendor Plus gets a USB charging port and side-stand engine cut-off function too.
Honda e-scooter patented in India
Just a few days after it filed patents for the ADV 350 and Vario 160 in India, Honda applied for the patents of its electric scooter called the U-Go. It is available in a blacked-out paint scheme called Metallic Matte Black with Glass Sparkle Black, Metallic Thunder Grey with Candy Daring Red accents, and Pearl Vigour Blue with Pearl Brilliant White colour option.
