From entry-level commuters to high-end sportbikes, the last week witnessed noteworthy developments in almost every two-wheeler segment. And just like every Sunday, we are back with the top five bike updates that buyers and enthusiasts might not want to miss.

BMW G310 RR bookings open

BMW Motorrad India is all set to launch its smallest sportbike, the G310 RR, which will be based on the TVS Apache RR310 that has been on sale in India for a long time. Besides a couple of alterations, the G310 RR will essentially be identical to the Apache. All the details of the bike will be revealed at its launch on 15 July but official bookings have already commenced online and offline.

Hero Splendor Xtec reaches dealerships

Hero MotoCorp recently launched the Splendor Plus X-tec in India at Rs 72,900 (ex-showroom) and the first lot of the bike has arrived at dealerships. The X-tec trim gives the Splendor Plus a new list of features like a fully digital console with Bluetooth connectivity. It also gives you access to call and SMS alerts as well as real-time mileage. Furthermore, the Splendor Plus gets a USB charging port and side-stand engine cut-off function too.

Honda e-scooter patented in India

Just a few days after it filed patents for the ADV 350 and Vario 160 in India, Honda applied for the patents of its electric scooter called the U-Go. On paper, the U-Go looks impressive with a claimed battery range of 75km (which can be extended to 130km) and a top speed of 53kmph. However, does the filed patent warrant the U-Go’s India entry? 2022 KTM RC390 first ride

2023 Suzuki Hayabusa unveiled

Suzuki Motorcycle has taken the wraps off the 2023 Hayabusa for international markets. The only update to the Hayabusa for 2023 is three new colour schemes. It is available in a blacked-out paint scheme called Metallic Matte Black with Glass Sparkle Black, Metallic Thunder Grey with Candy Daring Red accents, and Pearl Vigour Blue with Pearl Brilliant White colour option.
