TVS launched the updated model of its commuter motorcycle, the Radeon, in India. The motorcycle comes with additional features which promise to raise the convenience quotient of the Radeon. The bike now comes equipped with a multi-colour reverse LCD instrument cluster along with Intelligo function which is aimed at aiding fuel saving. 2022 Kawasaki Versys 650 launch
Kawasaki brought in the 2022 Versys 650 in India at Rs 7,36,000. Compared to the previous model, the updated trim costs Rs 21,000 more. Justifying that premium is a new and sharper split LED headlight design with an adjustable visor. The engine cowl has also been altered to look a bit sharp. On the feature front, the new Versys now boasts a Bluetooth-enabled TFT screen and a two-level traction control system.
Ducati Scrambler Urban Motard launch
Ducati India has launched the latest Scrambler model in the Urban Motard trim. It’s priced at Rs 11.49 lakh and sits between the 1100 Dark Pro and Desert Sled. Ducati has made minor cosmetic tweaks for the Urban Motard trim when compared to the other Scramblers. It gets a higher front fender, a single-side mounted number plate, and is draped in Star White Silk and Ducati GP’19 Red.
Suzuki Motorcycle India put out a teaser video on its social media platforms, confirming the imminent launch of the Katana in India. This litre-class motorcycle is already available in the international markets where it complies with the Euro5 emission norms. The India-bound model, which will most likely arrive via the CBU route, will pack the same features and specifications as the iteration available overseas.
Hero XPulse 200 4V rally edition
Hero MotoCorp is working on the more off-road focussed XPulse 200 4V Rally Edition that will be launched in India soon. The company is yet to make an official announcement but the type approval certificate has revealed several details about this variant. Interestingly, the document indicates that the Rally Edition will be sold as an all-new variant. Moreover, the company will offer the components from the Rally Edition in the form of an optional kit for the standard model.
