Royal Enfield Bullet 350 new colours
Royal Enfield added two new shades to the colour palette of the Bullet 350. These new trims are named Military SilverBlack and Military SilverRed and they are priced at Rs. 1,79,000. That makes them Rs. 6,000 dearer than the standard colour schemes. On the mechanical front, the motorcycle remains the same quintessential modern-classic roadster with a characterful 349cc, single-cylinder, J-series motor that makes 20.2bhp and 27Nm.
Hero MotoCorp is ready to take on the TVS Raider 125 with the new Xtreme 125R which has been launched with a starting price of Rs. 95,000. The highlight of the bike is its extremely aggressive design coupled with funky colours. Powering the bike is a 125cc engine that makes 11.5bhp and 10.5Nm while the feature list comprises full-LED lighting, a digital display, and single-channel ABS.
Revolt Motors revamped its portfolio by launching the RV400 BRZ in India at Rs 1.38 lakh. This electric bike sits below the RV400 standard in terms of pricing. However, the claimed specifications with regards to performance and battery charge times are about the same. The Revolt RV400 BRZ gets a 3.24kWh battery that delivers a 100km range in Normal mode. As for the top speed, it is claimed to touch 85kmph.
Besides launching the Xtreme 125R, Hero also took the wraps off the new Mavrick 440 at the Hero World 2024. The motorcycle is co-developed in association with Harley-Davidson and is based on the X440 roadster. Bookings for the Mavrick 440 will commence in February 2024, which is when the company will also launch the motorcycle in India. Meanwhile, deliveries of the bike will commence from April 2024.
After unveiling the Xoom 160 adventure scooter at the EICMA show last year, Hero presented the scooter at the Hero World 2024 as well. The Xoom 160 is Hero MotoCorp’s first attempt at entering the genre of premium scooters. In terms of displacement, its closest rival is the Yamaha Aerox 155 but the Xoom looks way bigger and more versatile. It is powered by a brand new 156cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine performance numbers of which haven’t been revealed yet.
