From Ather’s upcoming electric scooter patent leaking to Royal Enfield announcing a major recall, there was a lot to pay attention to. Triumph Scrambler special edition models launched
Triumph launched two new special edition motorcycles – the Street Scrambler Standstorm and the Scrambler 1200 Steve McQueen. While the former is priced at Rs 9.65 lakh, the latter costs Rs 13.75 lakh. Both bikes will be pretty exclusive with the Street Scrambler’s production run to be limited to 775 units and only 1000 units of the Scrambler 1200 to be produced worldwide.
Yamaha revealed the new YZF R7 supersports globally. It will replace the YZF R6 in the international markets and will sit between the R3 and the R1 litre-class behemoth. Powering the R7 is a 698cc, parallel-twin engine that is already present in the MT-07 street bike. It is deprived of any high-end features with only things available are an LCD console, an assist and slipper clutch, and dual-channel ABS. A quick shifter can be had as an optional extra.

The Indian market is going to witness a lot of action in the electric two-wheeler segment in the coming days. From Hero MotoCorp to Ola Electric, the buyers will have a plethora of options to choose from. Ather maxi electric scooter patent
One of the electric scooters that made it to the aforementioned list is Ather’s maxi-styled electric scooter. The company has recently filed patents for this scooter that is going to be bigger and more spacious than the existing Ather 450X. Reports suggest that the top speed and battery range might also be more. Expect it to be priced significantly higher than the 450X.
Royal Enfield has announced a major recall for 2,36,966 motorcycles in India that include the Meteor, the Classic 350 and the Bullet 350. As per the official statement circulated by the company, it has discovered a defect in the ignition coil that can cause misfiring, reduced vehicle performance, and in rare cases, an electric short circuit. Notably, the ignition coils produced between December 2020 and April 2021 may have this defect and the related customers will be contacted soon.
