Suzuki brought something we didn’t see coming at all - a 250cc touring motorcycle, the V-Strom SX, majorly made for India. It’s based on the Gixxer 250 and the SF 250 that have been in the Indian market for a long time. Royal Enfield Meteor 350 new colour
Royal Enfield is expected to update the Meteor 350 with new colour options soon. While the motorcycle was spotted in a blue colour a few weeks ago, the Meteor 350 is also likely to get a new green shade too. Just like the blue colour, the new green paint scheme will have a matte finish. And both new colours are expected to be added to the Fireball variant which is currently offered in red and yellow.
Bajaj Pulsar 220F discontinued
The Bajaj Pulsar 220F was one of the game changers in the initial phase of its life. Although it started feeling dated over the last few years, it kept on bringing in good sales for Bajaj. Now, after 14 glorious years of existence, the Chakan-based bike maker has finally pulled the plug on the motorcycle. The company confirmed to Bikewale that it has stopped the production of the motorcycle and has no plans to bring it back in the near future.
Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade price cut
Honda has reduced the prices of its litre-class sportbike - the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade by a smashing Rs 10 lakh. The motorcycle was launched at around Rs 33 lakh last year. Now, with the discount, it costs Rs 23.56 lakh for the Black colour and Rs 24 lakh for the Grand Prix Red (both prices are ex-showroom). The new prices put it on par with its rivals - the Ducati Panigale V4 (Rs 23.50 lakh) and the Aprilia RSV4 (Rs 23.69 lakh).
Royal Enfield Himalayan 450 Raid exclusive details
