Zontes, the Chinese motorcycle manufacturer brought to India by Adishwar Auto Rides, has revised the prices of its product line-up. The Zontes 350R, 350X, 350T and 350T ADV have all received priced cuts.
The Zontes 350 R roadster and the 350X sports tourer have both received a price cut of Rs 46,000. The 350R is now priced at Rs 2.79 lakh and Rs 2.99 lakh. On the other hand, the Zontes 350T ADV is cheaper by Rs 42,000 and is priced at Rs 3.25 lakh. But the bike that’s received the biggest price drop is the Zontes 350T, which is now cheaper than last year’s bike by Rs 48,000. It’ll now set you back by Rs 2.99 lakh.
These motorcycles will be sold across the Motovault showrooms that also house QJ Motors’ motorcycles. The new prices of the Zontes range might pique the interest of people looking for a feature-laden motorcycle.
To recap, the Zontes 350R is a street-naked roadster that is powered by a 348cc, liquid-cooled, single-cylinder engine that makes 38.8bhp at 9,500rpm and 32.8Nm at 7,500rpm. It bears aggressive styling and has a host of features such as a TFT display, tyre pressure monitoring system, and more. The Zontes 350X is the sports touring version of the 350R and has a rather bold-looking front fairing. It is powered by the same engine as seen in the R. These bikes go up against the KTM 390 Duke and TVS Apache RTR 310 as well as the TVS Apache RR 310 and the KTM RC 200
The Zontes 350T and the 350T ADV are essentially the same adventure tourers, with the latter differing by way of tubeless, wire-spoke alloy wheels. The bikes are powered by a 348cc, single-cylinder engine that develops 38.8bhp and 32.8Nm. Zontes has loaded these motorcycles to the gills with features like mobile phone mirroring on the TFT display being unique to the segment.
The Zontes 350T and 350T ADV compete against the KTM 250 Adventure, BMW G 310 GS, Royal Enfield Himalayan 450, and the KTM 390 Adventure.
