The same problem occurs again and again, I have repaired my scooter 3 times but still same problem is coming, this is not enough, the behaviour of the service centre staff is very rude, they are saying that this company is not supported if not then how can we help you guys if you take my opinion please don't buy any Okinawa company scooter because the scooter is wow and service centre sales agents attitude is also wow.

Don't buy very poor quality materials used in Okinawa scooter very poor quality, within 1.5 years of purchase, motor, charger, sensor and bearings problems are there.

Yes I will recommend you this bike for only city ride just for office to home neither it can't go anywhere above 100km my first time experience in electric scooter I am also driven Ola s1 pro but comfortable is in only Okinawa bus Ola s1 has speed my recommend for you is if you want speed then you go for Ola s1 either Okinawa is best option in less amount so you can go for it( This is my 6 month experience )

Some problems take 20 days to solve like microcontroller problem

First I was happy to get this after 2 days of analysis more thing I feel bad about waste of my money.
1.No correct assembly
2. So many time bike will suddenly off the road
3. Mileage it will show room person says 140 kl but my experience is eco mood 100kl sports mood 70kl after crossing 50kl it was sped down
4. Service does not support, customer care also does not support all negligence.
5. This bike raid it will affect your back down the spiral bone issue.

Very poor power capacity in the up road. If you are riding with a pillion raider on up road scooter will not be up. It will stop and the battery will come down as well. Not worth the price of what we buy, for the same price you will get a good power scooter like iqube , ola, simple one. Think before you buy do not waste your hard-earned money because there is no resale value for electric scooters.

After purchase motor got repair in 3 days after 15 days waiting got burnt it's showing extra kilometers service is too bad it's showing 70 km speed but it's not going in that speed it's not giving expected milage your dealers are laying to customers totally it's too worst, it's not worth it. I have wasted my money.

All parts of okinawa are very very poor quality and after 2 days my MCB not working , speedo meter is not accurate also, suspension is poor quality, performance is not good, Cost is very high but parts quality poor quality please do not buy okinawa also not response from okinawa for mobile app please don't buy

Scooter is good but overpriced. Everything is ok but this company is new in segment. to price should be reduced so that public can buy easily. The only reason of failure is overpriced rest everything is ok. look wise, ride wise is ok .low power but ok. Company should consider about prices
