Okinawa Praise Price in Firozabad

I don't own this scooter but my friend has and I ride it quite often, it's a wonderful scooter
And smooth drive I want to buy this scooter but I can't afford it it's expensive for me so I'm waiting for the money. I want to buy it but no problem I can enjoy my friends scooter and I have no idea about the maintenance.

We have purchased a e-scooter from an Okinawa dealer from Sawai Madhopur district, Rajasthan state of India. Now the charger is not working from last 60 days and the scooter is in the warranty period.
The dealership of the Okinawa from where we have purchased has been closed.
Now no dealer in our district.
So I also visited to 2 dealers of Jaipur. But they also denied to look into the matter and said that please call to customer care. Please solve the problem as soon as possible.

From where I purchased the Okinawa the shop is closed and I need to find a new service center so I went for my Okinawa service at Okinawa scooters - Haryana auto Agency (Gurgaon) today. This is the worst experience I have witnessed I told my Okinawa tire was leaking air they told me to go to a puncher shop we can't fix that ok please put some air so that I can do that job they don't have that pumping machine with them, I asked them to charge my scooter as I haven't brought my charger with me, and the service center doesn't have a spare charger to charge it, the worst is still to come, the entire service is done in less than five minutes with two drop of oil and they have taken some photo for billing purpose. This was so a horrific after-sales experience and literally, ev is a scam, especially with Okinawa. The service manager was convincing me Okinawa service is just to maintain the warranty and they don't do anything much even if you tell the problems
Okinawa is just minting money in the name of ev.
