Okinawa Praise Price in Nandurbar

The dealer has given a 30000 km warranty for the battery, unfortunately, this battery has been giving 40-50km range only after using 14000km.
It is bearing only one person, when the second person sits on the seat it is not moving.
At 6000km its main headlight became useless which cost around 10000.
There is no resale for electric

After 1.5 yr suddenly backup was reduced up to 25km per charge,
Under warranty replacement service is too slow & service battery is also not available
So service should be updated.
I have 6 Okinawa bike's in my friend circle.
Request to improve service at least extra service battery should be available at the service center.

Dealers sell like gold, which is understandable since they have a business to do.
But there are lots of glitches.
Firstly, since it's a silent bike, the horn is always needed. And the horn is so far that I cannot reach it on time.
Secondly, the battery usage sensor is unpredictable. It shows less when you pick up speed and more when you slow down. Hence, it's like the battery power cannot be known . Once it's below 3, you do not know how much the bike will run.
Thirdly, there are so few service stations in a densely populated city like Surat, where battery bikes are increasingly in demand. Their phones are always busy, Their coordination is absent. They take such a long time. My last service was done in haste & all complaints not attended to. And over it, I was charged for nothing.
Quality is questionable. Dealers said that rain does not affect it. My bike is always covered and it's not been a year since I bought it, and the horn and headlights are not working in the rainy season.
