Showroom name. Kiaan e mobility swargate pune. Worst showroom service. They will close down the showroom and they will run away. This was our worst mistake when we bought the bike from Okinawa. Worst worst worst worst.

Worst after sales service

Worst after-sales service. If your bike gets malfunctioned then consider that your bike will take at least a month.. The same happened to me, they don't have spare parts which is the worst part. Contacted customer care service.. No response.. Contacted regional officer of theirs.. Just gave false hope.. Same condition. Made contact every day, every day they said the part which is malfunctioned they are not getting their spare, everyday new reason was told. It's been more than 12 days... Still the same... Without bike

0 valve for your time and 100 headache guaranteed

Worst product and far more worst service. Zero value for your time and 100 % testing of your patience. Each and every major part needs to be replaced within six months that too one at a time. Out of 8 months I own this, for 2 and half months it is at the dealer's workshop for repair and warranty claim.
