Poor service, there is no responsible person who can resolve the issue after purchase.Unable to log the complaint. Ivr calls also do not even attend by the agent.Very very useless support.. I suggest please don't buy ola electric. I have wasted my time and my money.. For emergencies no support from ola scooter also service engineers.

Worst mistake I have ever done

I purchased my Ola S1X I got the bike delivered last Saturday ie. 20-7-2024 but when I received the bike on the spot I found it defective and it was not starting at all the delivery guy told me that it was a minor issue and that someone from the company would come and rectify the same. But no one turned up and in spite of many emails and complaints on the app and toll-free nothing happened and today some lady the call center employee is insisting. I took the bike to the service center to get it rectified and the service center was 150 km away from me and also insisted on paying me for the repair. I insist everyone who wishes to buy Ola don't get cheated by this company I am a victim and I do not want you to become one.

Within 30 days, my bike moved to dead condition. now totally not working, KM range I have drove less than 1000. The bike is not safe for ladies, instance happened with - my wife while returning from the Office around 10Pm. The bike suddenly moved to dead condition and she was forced to leave the vehicle on the road and came by taxi. Multiple times I had this issue. Now I filed a complaint in Court, please don't buy OLA electric.
