Totally wasteNo service ( if the vehicle wants any minor service then we want to wait for at least 20 days )The service center has 2 or 3 staff only for 100's of bikeNot recommended for anyone.Please go for another electrical vehicle.We can't trust this company any more, serious issue facing day by day. Ola worst experience

Total loss of money and patience

Total scrappy scooter! It broke down on the first day itself after 20 km. They repaired it but did not repair the sensor issue saying I will have to take the scooter to the service centre. After that, I tried booking a slot through their app but even after 2 months haven’t been able to book a slot yet. Again after 125 km, it broke down showing a “network issue”. It has acceleration issues and stops when I brake a bit harder. Total scrap and I recommend not to buy this pile of shi*. Help in closing down this Bakwas fraud company

Buying frustration not ola

Buy Ola electric s1, get the frustrationUseless customer care, promise doorstep service, but I was calling customer care every day for 6 days for the permanent number plate to fix. Thermocol temporary number plate was an innovative idea that I had never seen.No proper coordination, no answer to emails, and no update for complaints. Buying ola electric, buying frustration at your own cost. With the battery fully charged, 90 kg load - 95 km range is safe 160kg load - 85 km range is safe when battery charge at 30km remaining, the mode automatically changes eco mode in which you can't drive above 40km/l.
