Buy Ola electric s1, get the frustrationUseless customer care, promise doorstep service, but I was calling customer care every day for 6 days for the permanent number plate to fix. Thermocol temporary number plate was an innovative idea that I had never seen.No proper coordination, no answer to emails, and no update for complaints. Buying ola electric, buying frustration at your own cost. With the battery fully charged, 90 kg load - 95 km range is safe 160kg load - 85 km range is safe when battery charge at 30km remaining, the mode automatically changes eco mode in which you can't drive above 40km/l.

Ola a new acronym for the word fraud

Buying experience.I booked the scooter for September 2021. The initial promise was that the scooter will be delivered by December. Well, that never happened. Then ola changed the date to Jan. I paid the full amount in Jan and waited for the scooter. My scooter delivery was supposed to happen before 31st Jan as per the confirmation (this is after multiple changes on the delivery date). Nevertheless, in Feb also nothing gets changed either on the app or in real-time. I did not get any calls or messages from the team.Month : march:Nothing changes. No scooter, no delivery, no calls. I tried canceling my scooter. But ola denied cancellation stating the invoice was generated.Month: April :Here I am, nothing changes. No delivery, no calls. No cancellation is possible. Ola cheated on my money.Month may:Again, the same response from ola. "we are prioritizing your case". My insurance is already active (losing money there). My finance EMI already started (losing money there too). And all they say is we will get back to you. My suggestion to all those good people who get brainwashed by ola through fake advertisements, " please please please don't buy this". You really don't want to go through the frustration that I am going through.

Ola scooter not delivered after more than two-and-a-half months of payment - worst experince in my whole life

I booked a ola s1 electric scooter on 18.03.2023 in my wife's name, from ola showroom situated at m g road, Thrissur on 18.03.2023 after making an upfront payment of rs.1,27,926/-, through one of salesperson present in showroom, mr charles. The scooter was registered 25.03.2023 and the registration certificate was visible in ola app downloaded in the wife's mobile. The registration number of the scooter registered with rto, thrissur. However, the scooter registered in my wife's name has not been handed over to her despite an elapse of more than two-and-a-half months after the payment. Our repeated enquiries with the ola showroom at mg road thrissur have not yielded any results so far. What i could gather from my sources is that the scooter registered in my wife's name had a fall while transported and it is badly damaged. In fact, ola people are tight-lipped over the matter and till now I have not been informed as to why scooter registered in my name nearly two-and-a-half months ago has not been delivered to me. It is reliably learnt that customers who booked the scooter months after my booking have provided scooters. It is now learnt that ola is delivering scooters to the customers within 3 days of booking. We had booked the scooter only in the hope of getting delivery within 2-3 weeks of booking, as has been informed by the showroom people and if this sort of poor service of ola had been known to us beforehand, we would have never booked the scooter. If this is the kind of service they are providing us before the delivery of the scooter, what can I expect after delivery? So the worst is yet to come after the delivery of the scooter. Never trust ola electric scooters and never buy a scooter from them or else you will be their next victim. This is the worst experience in my whole life in booking a vehicle.
