Pathetic after-sales service, within 5 months the scooter had a fault not drivable, there was no response from the call center, emergency service asked for extra Ola care but no service was given by the contracted vendor Roadzen last 2 days no one was ready to give any solution, absolutely waste of 1.25 lakh, no one should buy this product at all. Fraud company, never fall into the trap

Delivery of scooter

1. Especially their logistic is the worst one. The logistics team is not professional also. Even after 3-4 days follow up they are unable to say about delivery date and time. But they came to deliver without prior information.

Poor performance

The battery not working. When I connect to customer care they not working properly. Total waste of money.I completed only a 1294 km journey and within that time 2 times manufacturing defects. They came to the room additional charge of Rs.12499/- And they said that the item is not included in the warranty. Totally fraud company.
