Worst experience after buying these ola s1 pro ev scooters.
Twice my ola scooter stopped suddenly on road after a message I got on the scooter screen that the battery drained. And this even when the scooter screen was showing battery life remaining for 50 kms.
As the battery is not detachable, you will be troubled and have to tow away this scooter due to unreliable manufacturing defects and the worst ola scooter support service as they never reply to your complaints.
Think many times before purchasing these scooters as worst customer support and unreliable battery life.

Tips for OLA Old Generation S1 2021

Don't rely on the battery life shown on the screen. Keep it charging it even if battery life shows 50 kms. Unreliable scooter.

    Since bought the scooter it has broken down several times, software problems frequently. Repair and maintenance support is zero. One should never buy OLA scooters. We are feeling cheated after buying this scooter. It has zero support service. Reliability is zero. So ]please don't buy an OLA scooter. There is a big problem in OLA.

  • Total loss of money and patience

    Poonam

    Total scrappy scooter! It broke down on the first day itself after 20 km. They repaired it but did not repair the sensor issue saying I will have to take the scooter to the service centre. After that, I tried booking a slot through their app but even after 2 months haven’t been able to book a slot yet. Again after 125 km, it broke down showing a “network issue”. It has acceleration issues and stops when I brake a bit harder. Total scrap and I recommend not to buy this pile of shi*. Help in closing down this Bakwas fraud company

    Don't waste your money to buy an Ola scooter. The built quality is very poor and after selling, the service is worse so please don't buy an Ola scooter. I waist my 1.6 lakh please you don't waste your money. I have ridden my bike only for less than 3000 km and have gone to the service center 4 times and it takes 10 days to solve a small problem.

    Services and quality are Poor. The service station is too far and the technical not proper. After buying 2 times hold on the road. We have returned the scooter to OLA on dt. 23.08.24, But management still checking the fault. Our big mistake was to purchase the same. Waste of money.

    Pathetic after-sales service, within 5 months the scooter had a fault not drivable, there was no response from the call center, emergency service asked for extra Ola care but no service was given by the contracted vendor Roadzen last 2 days no one was ready to give any solution, absolutely waste of 1.25 lakh, no one should buy this product at all. Fraud company, never fall into the trap

    No service ( if the vehicle wants any minor service then we want to wait for at least 20 days )
    The service center has 2 or 3 staff only for 100's of bike
    Not recommended for anyone.
    Please go for another electrical vehicle.
    We can't trust this company any more, serious issue facing day by day.

    If you are thinking you are buying a cost-saving two-wheeler then don't go for this because you can save money but you will lose the wheels itself.
    I bought it 3 months I am hardly able to run 10 days because it's frequently not working due to some sensor getting dust, sometimes it's just not starting because break issue, side stand issue, software issues, and solutions are only service center with an appointment on call and their call center waiting time at least 30-50 minutes during the day.
    This is not a scooter but this is a mountain of trouble.

    I am extremely frustrated with the customer service provided by OLA Electric. My recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I opened a ticket (ID: 04397260) and have been waiting for a resolution for several days. Unfortunately, the service center's call waiting time consistently exceeds 15 minutes, and despite multiple attempts to reach them, my calls have often gone unanswered.
    To make matters worse, I have not received any updates on my ticket for the past three days. The lack of communication and support has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. I hope OLA Electric addresses these issues urgently to improve its customer service experience.

    The bike was user-friendly and user-friendly but the mileage was less. All was well till it broke down. Have been trying to reach out to the support team for nearly a fortnight now. It says all slots are booked. I had an appointment on Aug 4th but neither did anyone show up for repair nor did I get updates on their rescheduling. When I rechecked the status of the appointment, it showed Aug 16th. Even if one registers the complaint under emergency the slot is given for weeks later. As it is online there is No one to take accountability for, no number you can contact. The call center when contacted said that a complaint had been raised and that someone Would get in touch with me. I haven't heard from anyone even after all this. On trying to call the old center, they don't answer or revert
    A group of fraudsters who take the money and no accountability. DO BUY FROM OLA

    4. Servicing and maintenance - Lot of service issues after 1.5 years. No proper response from Ola Care and very bad service. Suddenly it shut down.

  • Frauds

    The bike was user-friendly and user-friendly but the mileage was less. All was well till it broke down. Have been trying to reach out to the support team for nearly a fortnight now. It says all slots are booked. I had an appointment on Aug 4th but neither did anyone show up for repair nor did I get updates on their rescheduling. When I rechecked the status of the appointment, it showed Aug 16th. Even if one registers the complaint under emergency the slot is given for weeks later. As it is online there is No one to take accountability for, no number you can contact. The call center when contacted said that a complaint had been raised and that someone Would get in touch with me. I haven't heard from anyone even after all this. On trying to call the old center, they don't answer or revert
    A group of fraudsters who take the money and no accountability. DO BUY FROM OLA

  • Ola scooter pathetic

    Since bought the scooter it has broken down several times, software problems frequently. Repair and maintenance support is zero. One should never buy OLA scooters. We are feeling cheated after buying this scooter. It has zero support service. Reliability is zero. So ]please don't buy an OLA scooter. There is a big problem in OLA.

  • Total loss of money and patience

    Total scrappy scooter! It broke down on the first day itself after 20 km. They repaired it but did not repair the sensor issue saying I will have to take the scooter to the service centre. After that, I tried booking a slot through their app but even after 2 months haven’t been able to book a slot yet. Again after 125 km, it broke down showing a “network issue”. It has acceleration issues and stops when I brake a bit harder. Total scrap and I recommend not to buy this pile of shi*. Help in closing down this Bakwas fraud company

    Don't waste your money to buy an Ola scooter. The built quality is very poor and after selling, the service is worse so please don't buy an Ola scooter. I waist my 1.6 lakh please you don't waste your money. I have ridden my bike only for less than 3000 km and have gone to the service center 4 times and it takes 10 days to solve a small problem.

    Services and quality are Poor. The service station is too far and the technical not proper. After buying 2 times hold on the road. We have returned the scooter to OLA on dt. 23.08.24, But management still checking the fault. Our big mistake was to purchase the same. Waste of money.

    Pathetic after-sales service, within 5 months the scooter had a fault not drivable, there was no response from the call center, emergency service asked for extra Ola care but no service was given by the contracted vendor Roadzen last 2 days no one was ready to give any solution, absolutely waste of 1.25 lakh, no one should buy this product at all. Fraud company, never fall into the trap

    Totally waste
    No service ( if the vehicle wants any minor service then we want to wait for at least 20 days )
    The service center has 2 or 3 staff only for 100's of bike
    Not recommended for anyone.
    Please go for another electrical vehicle.
    We can't trust this company any more, serious issue facing day by day.

    If you are thinking you are buying a cost-saving two-wheeler then don't go for this because you can save money but you will lose the wheels itself.
    I bought it 3 months I am hardly able to run 10 days because it's frequently not working due to some sensor getting dust, sometimes it's just not starting because break issue, side stand issue, software issues, and solutions are only service center with an appointment on call and their call center waiting time at least 30-50 minutes during the day.
    This is not a scooter but this is a mountain of trouble.

  • Poor service and support

    I am extremely frustrated with the customer service provided by OLA Electric. My recent experience has been nothing short of disappointing. I opened a ticket (ID: 04397260) and have been waiting for a resolution for several days. Unfortunately, the service center's call waiting time consistently exceeds 15 minutes, and despite multiple attempts to reach them, my calls have often gone unanswered.
    To make matters worse, I have not received any updates on my ticket for the past three days. The lack of communication and support has been highly frustrating and unprofessional. I hope OLA Electric addresses these issues urgently to improve its customer service experience.
