1. The buying experience was good and smooth.
2. Riding is also good, getting good mileage and power
3. Looks good
Now comes the main things why I don't recommend this bike to anyone.
Look at the youtube and online reviews, OLA really suck on service. The service center doesn't even bother to answer your query or resolve it. They are only interested in general service (that's the only thing they know). They say they don't get extra training or manpower to maintain a good service level. We had an issue with breaking and we were behind the Service center for almost a month.
We did escalations via email, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, no use. Even tagging the CEO doesn't work out, for each, they will answer we are working on your issue, and it's escalated. But if you ask for how long the escalated issue will go on, they will again say the same comment, no answer for the asked questions. We did follow up for almost 30 + days and then left it. Sold the bike now can't tolerate this f***ng service level.
Best of luck to those who still go for it god save you.
Better to go with any brand company like TVS or Hero even though the range is less, you will have peace of mind. If not wait for their best products to come.

    I would suggest patience as as you mentioned prices can go up and down, what is the point of them setting a price now knowing for at least 2 years no one would need a paid battery change Another scooter had the same number of bugs if not more when it came out. I don't think their product is that much worse than Ather's in comparison to what they have put out initially. It would come down to how quickly they can follow up and fix the bugs. The users need to hold Ola accountable similar to how we hold our politicians accountable to their poll promises.

    The service experience is awful if you face a NY problem in your Ola vehicle then nobody is to hear your voice at a service centre. They will just delay your issue. So it's my suggestion for everyone not to purchase. I have been facing battery issues for the last 6 months. My problem is still the same when I visit at service center nobody listens.

    Useless service for exiting vehicles, Fake festival offers launching and wasting general public time, Regulatory system of India must act upon such fake festival offers of Ola - Rush 72 of Rs.49,999/- is a fake offer. vouchers they provide are useless. Not to buy Ola, I am an existing customer having a bitter experience.

    I bought an Ola S1 Pro in April today the scooter handle is locked, it's showing sleeping mode. Approached Link Road, Malad West, Mumbai service station they refused to send anyone or pick up a vehicle. They are asking me to get the locked scooter in tempo.
    Service people are not at all interested in listening to your complaints & not courteous.
    Dont opt for such a brand else you will repent like me.

  • Biggest mistake of buying ola S1 Air

    Worst scooter with the worst performance bad mileage, stops anywhere and anytime nonreliable, and the handle gets locked so we have to leave the scooter wherever it is, it takes days for a pickup, and very poor service, and the staff is arrogant to pass on the responsibility from one shoulder to other. my scooter has been in the service station for the last 1 month but the problem has not been solved. Upon asking staff says what about 28 other scooters before you. so buying OLA just takes away your peace of mind and no return for your hard-earned money.

    I waiting to repair my scooter for the last 6 months but the scooter does not repair till now 30 September 2024.
    Average in single charge approximately 70 to 75 km. I bought it in September 2022 and daily running approximately 100km to 150km and charging it in nearly 4 to 5 hours. The riding experience is good also

    Since bought the scooter it has broken down several times, software problems frequently. Repair and maintenance support is zero. One should never buy OLA scooters. We are feeling cheated after buying this scooter. It has zero support service. Reliability is zero. So ]please don't buy an OLA scooter. There is a big problem in OLA.

    Total scrappy scooter! It broke down on the first day itself after 20 km. They repaired it but did not repair the sensor issue saying I will have to take the scooter to the service centre. After that, I tried booking a slot through their app but even after 2 months haven’t been able to book a slot yet. Again after 125 km, it broke down showing a “network issue”. It has acceleration issues and stops when I brake a bit harder. Total scrap and I recommend not to buy this pile of shi*. Help in closing down this Bakwas fraud company

    I waiting to repair my scooter for the last 6 months but the scooter does not repair till now 30 September 2024.
    Average in single charge approximately 70 to 75 km. I bought it in September 2022 and daily running approximately 100km to 150km and charging it in nearly 4 to 5 hours. The riding experience is good also

    Nice experience using this bike, I love to ride such a smooth condition bike, and I refer to purchase in future someone also same bike. This is the best I have seen in the market to date. So don't waste ur time driving such a good mileage and good-looking bike go to the store and grab it now, it my experience.

  • Ola scooter pathetic

    Since bought the scooter it has broken down several times, software problems frequently. Repair and maintenance support is zero. One should never buy OLA scooters. We are feeling cheated after buying this scooter. It has zero support service. Reliability is zero. So ]please don't buy an OLA scooter. There is a big problem in OLA.

  • Total loss of money and patience

    Total scrappy scooter! It broke down on the first day itself after 20 km. They repaired it but did not repair the sensor issue saying I will have to take the scooter to the service centre. After that, I tried booking a slot through their app but even after 2 months haven’t been able to book a slot yet. Again after 125 km, it broke down showing a “network issue”. It has acceleration issues and stops when I brake a bit harder. Total scrap and I recommend not to buy this pile of shi*. Help in closing down this Bakwas fraud company
