Never buy this bike we are regretting after getting it because it has 100 problems in it. The main problem is there don't have enough service stations due to which customers are suffering a lot. We got this bike after 1 month from the service station for a very small defect. Hands my father had to travel by external transport daily to the office.

Worst bike ever

bought Ola S1 Air just 22 days. It's totally waste of money. On the 2nd day when it was raining here, I went somewhere to get a parcel. While riding its horn suddenly stops working, Then after the indicator stops working. When I reached that place, the Trunk didn't open, My wallet and mobile were in the trunk. I thought if I left off off-on this bike, Maybe the trunk open but it didn't. I had to switch off 2 times and finally, it was open. On the 3rd day, While riding on the road its liver stops working suddenly at 11 pm. Again switch off -on then it starts working. On the 10th day start button of this bike doesn't work properly. Have to switch it off 9 times and then it starts. Average in eco mode is just 70 to 72 km and in normal mode gives an average of 80 km. They told me to ride eco mode so I got the best average but it was just 72 km. It gives more average in normal mode. Charging time is worse. It fully charged in 7hr20 min. I think we made a wrong decision and bought this worst bike ever. Today on the 22nd day it didn't start and I called customer service, they told me to pay 1999 for towing it from my home. My home is just 1km from the service center. Never buy this garbage bike. Totally frustrated with this issue. Ola has to give me a refund for this or exchange this bike. Better to ride a bicycle than this garbage.

Don't buy this for the love of god

Stopped working on the next day, middle of the road. Shamelessly asked for road service charges.Steering and seat sensors broke within two months. To get it fixed was painful as I had to take it to main service center15km away.The battery started acting up within 9000km.Seat lock broke easily with the slightest pressure.

Don't drive it. Keep it in the parking. Do not take it out. It will bake down on slightly rough terrain.
