    1. The buying experience was good, too eager to sell though. That should probably have been a red flag.
    2. Riding is okay. Handling is below average. The acceleration is not as smooth and the acceleration curve is not as satisfactory as an ather or TVS.
    3. The looks are okay, the finish too is pretty fine.
    4. Battery is absolute horror. It will die if the charge goes below 3% and then you have to replace the battery. Cost: 75,000.
    5. Servicing Technology and Maintenance is an absolute joke. Absolute cheats. They hardly have a real chain of command in their service centers. Managers have huge incentives if they can cheat the customer from getting service.
    Pros: Looks Good
    Cons: Everything else.
All the good reviews here are paid I think. Heard OLA spends a lot on that. Hiring a huge amount of people to blow their horn in social media and apps like this.

  • Very bad experience in servicing

    Sasi

The buying experience was very good Haha it's like we are happily putting our neck into their hands. The riding experience is not bad look also good. Performance-wise efficiency drops within 7 months to less than 50 %.
Servicing and maintenance are the major issues that everyone faces. No proper service will be provided as there is no service center available within 100 km You are fed up with the experience you going through these days,
You can only contact the customer care number to report any service or breakdown issue it took min 15 to 30 min for someone to answer your call. Then again long wait for an expert to answer. Then wait for the recovery vehicle to arrive (if you have RSA otherwise you need to book the recovery vehicle yourself ) then a long wait to get serviced. There are hundreds of vehicles in the service center waiting to get serviced. So l Suggest better you keep one petrol vehicle in the home for an emergency.,

The Ola S1 Air electric scooter impresses with its sleek design, smooth ride, and eco-friendly credentials. Powered by a robust electric motor, it offers swift acceleration and nimble handling, making urban commuting a breeze. The lightweight construction enhances maneuverability while ensuring portability. The integrated air purifier adds a unique touch, prioritizing rider health and environmental sustainability. However, the range might not be sufficient for longer trips, and the charging infrastructure could be improved. Overall, the Ola S1 Air is a promising option for eco-conscious commuters seeking style, performance, and clean mobility.

  • A plastic box with pathetic software & service.

    Prudhvi B

We as a group have purchased 6 Ola bikes (2 S1 Air, 4 Ola pros) almost a year back. Every one of us faced issues with their respective Ola vehicles. I have purchased an Ola S1 Air.
Pros - The pickup & ride comfort are good
    Cons - service, software issues
A few of the issues faced by us
    1) we need to restart the bike at least every 2 days. Now it needs to restart every 12 hrs
    2) Ola claims a mileage of 150km for S1 air. But when u are riding in the city you get a mileage ranging from 65 to a max of 80km (depending on mode, single/double riding). I get 80 km when I drive single & in eco mode. My friends get a mileage of around 110 for an S1 Pro.
    3) A couple of us are unable to connect the bike to the app which is not resolved to date.
    4) Touch becomes an issue & doesn't respond when the screen is overheated during summers & when it gets completely wet. ( Had to wait for 20 mins every time it gets wet to start the bike as it's not connected appa as well).
    5) The worst part is their service. They don't even fit the vehicle properly & new problems are arising after service is done.

    1. Buying experience was good which is obvious since everything is good when it's new and fresh.
    2. Regeneration breaking is great. It feels very bumpy on even smaller road mismatches. Shock absorption is almost absent. The turning radius is a little higher, which makes it uncomfortable to take a U-turn. All fiber body starts to rattle after 4-5 months. Number plate rivets also loosen within a year. The footrest doesn't remain in close condition after 4-5 months. The notch given on it for retention wears out fast. The headlight remains on even after the scooter is parked and the stand is lowered. The seat is too broad. A person with a height below 175 cm, needs to sit right on the front edge, to be able to stop at signals by balancing with foot on the ground.
    3. Looks are not too great. Indicators look good although. Runs 100 km/charging
    4. Even after purchasing OLA care, there's no assurance that you will get on-the-spot service. The worst part is their service slots are always full. I could never book a service request through the app even after trying regularly. This is serious as one can suffer badly if his scooter is in not running condition and badly needs the service.
    5. Pros- Regeneration braking,
Cons- Very very poor service. Poor performance due to shock absorbers, seat, and brakes.

Worst service center experience ever. problems occur every 2 months and have to get it serviced.
Build quality isn't good, I am facing issues everywhere and the warranty doesn't cover anything, even having to play for buttons is some next-level way to earn more from the company. the people at Ola when we were buying also told lies. One was when the scooty was in the warranty period it didn't charge anything except labor cost and we were like okay, then I went today they said that the offer had expired like 2 weeks ago. I bought my scooty 2 months ago

  • Avoid at costs.
