I bought the vehicle on 2022 February and I am using it. Still, now I am handling it carefully. So many complaints I have faced so far. Initially, they were good with support as their technicians visited our place. Before purchasing the vehicle I asked a lot of confirmation from their support about service and support. They guarantee doorstep service and it will be taken care of completely. Now they said we have to visit the service center as one year is completed. Also if I pay more for the maintenance they will include the doorstep service. That's very worst and another important factor is I can't even book the slot for service as it's always full.

Scooter delivered by one contractor, registration done by one contractor, number plate supplied by one contractor. There is no single representative to complain to except in customer care number and email. Email never ever replied. It took 20 min to get connected with customer care over the phone. If this is the situation when they might have sold a few thousand or lakhs if sales are more, how long do we need to wait for a complaint or service????
No system in place to escalate our complaints when it is not rectified or unduly delayed.
Think before throwing rs 1,60,000/= into the dustbin (I consider this way only)
Literally, one can commute around 90 km with a full charge on normal mode. When two people are on the scooter, the range drastically drops particularly after a 60-75 % charge remaining. Two people can travel 75-80km only.
Otherwise, we need to keep the charger in the vehicle for emergencies.
I do not recommend those who travel over 90km for a single charge.
As it is normal for all batteries, if we don't use them after charge, still there is natural discharge. For this reason, I dropped buying ev car which it consumes over 30 units of electricity.
