Service is pathetic and please don't buy this scooter and they're the cheater company. Go with other brands rather than getting fooled by OLA. I am suffering with the same and requesting others not to get fooled. Many problems with no response from service team. Look and feel is okay but it has many unanswered issues.

Worst engineering product I ever used in my life. I purchased ola s1 pro in September 2023. Since I brought the vehicle I had to reset it for at leat 100 times. Every week it's system gets hang and I had to reset. I even upgraded the vehicle thinking it will solve the issue. But no, still facing issue every week ans today it has crossed height. Vehicle got turned off automatically while driving in the middle of the road. Now skipping all important plans I'm looking for towing services. Buy a bicycle but not this trash.

My byke registration number is JH05DJ5250,dated on 19.01.2023.
As per rule, I am entitled to get a refund of ola byke charger. I have been trying to get the refund since one year. I called the customer care number many times. The concerned finance department is handling the matter carelessly. I am not supposed to get this type of response from ola. Please make arrangements to get my refund as soon as possible. This is my money. The business model is not functioning well. Please take the matter seriously.

Buying Experience was Good bought it online
The pickup, acceleration is good.
Top speed is unmatchable.
The strong braking as it has disc brakes on both wheels.
Fast charging.
Very stable as battery is placed below. So, easy to ride with zero vibration. More easy to ride than petrol scooter.
The high quality cells used in scooter and high quality motor.
Navigation music and many security features which Ola is offering in its scooter.
Big boot space. You don't need to carry bags to market.
Servicing is not upto the mark do not get slots easily have to try multiple times not many service centers
The plus point of the scooter is:
The pickup, acceleration is good.
Top speed is unmatchable.
The strong braking as it has disc brakes on both wheels.

Very stable as battery is placed below. So, easy to ride with zero vibration. More easy to ride than petrol scooter.
The high quality cells used in sccoter and high quality motor.

Now coming to the cons..
Build could have been improved. Currently build is moderate but could have been stronger.
As scooter is a high speed scooter, it should have ABS braking.
Suspension especially front gives average performance. The twin arm suspension should have been better in front. So, my suggestion is don't do much off roading with Ola scooter.
Ola should have provided key.
BMS bugs: Vehicle shows wrong battery percentage and it has a buggy BMS so you cannot trust that what range scooter shows if you will actually get that.
Overheating issue: If you have to climb a steep incline, then battery will get overheated if incline is very high and switch to eco mode. Also, if you use hypermode for some time battery will get heated, and switch to eco mode. There is no proper thermal management in the scooter. Also, once Battery gets heated, rider has to stop vehicle and allow it to cool. It doesn't cool while riding.
Panels could have been shorter, currently large panels are used and incase if there is a dent or crack a large panel section would require replacement.
Ola didn't provide center stand and other accessories. But this should have been provided. Currently the single stand doesn't give much confidence. And there has been few cases wherein, person parked his vehicle in single stand and it fell. So customers have to ensure their stand is properly positioned.

I purchased this scooter in Nov2023 from Ambala City, Buying Experience was good they showed hospitality and refreshment, now about the bike, first of all its look is not good at all , in fact, it looks like a battery toy and a lot of problems like software lag, battery drain issue, i am fed up with it, and I don't want say anything about the service centre.
