Disappointing Experience with OLA Scooter: Unreliable Product and Subpar Customer Service
As a recent purchaser of the OLA Scooter, I am deeply disappointed to share my experience with the product and the accompanying customer service. Within just two months of ownership, my electric scooter has broken down twice, both times due to the inability to unlock it.
The recurring issue of the scooter failing to unlock has not only caused immense inconvenience but has also highlighted the unreliability of the product. Despite reaching out to the customer care center multiple times, the response has been nothing short of pathetic and poor.
The frustration only compounded when I finally managed to schedule a technician visit, only to have them fail to show up. This lack of professionalism and disregard for customer time is simply unacceptable.
Additionally, the recent interaction with the service center manager left much to be desired.
His insistence that I personally retrieve the scooter from a location 31 kilometers away from my residence showcases a complete disregard for customer convenience and a lack of empathy.
In summary, my experience with OLA Electric has been nothing short of a nightmare.
From the unreliable product to the subpar customer service, it is evident that the company fails to meet even the most basic expectations of quality and professionalism.
I strongly advise potential customers to reconsider purchasing from until they address these fundamental issues and prioritize customer satisfaction.

    Most of the features are gimmicks eg proximity unlock, which works 1/10 times, music over speakers etc. The scooter is good until you face any problem, which you'll definitely do. The real issue starts when something breaks, you keep following service people and no one listens, and no one has any idea of the whereabouts of the scooter. And biggest scam is the Care+ plan. You won't get any benefits from it.
    Soon the sale will take a hit once legacy players catch up and Ola won't be able to sustain. Better to avoid buying.

    I purchased Ola S1 pro in Aug 24 my personal opinion after experiencing is that please please don’t buy Ola scooter it's the worst scooter I have ever seen.
    Comfort- there is zero comfort while driving you may not be able to balance your body.
    Service- service is worse than any Government office in the last 3 months my scooter was damaged 3 times whenever I go for service they will say the slot is not available, & when I try online slot will not be available. If you have an appointment for also entire day you have to be there.
    Value for money — it can never be value for money I want to sell my scooter and go for any compatible one.

    The buying experience was amazing the ride quality is top-notch, and the sleek design never disappoints Ola is a superb e scooter I use it as my primary vehicle it’s speed is also impressive in the city the charging is hassle-free and I like it a lot Ola is superb for daily office goers it is affordable and nice the service is always good.

    It's important to note that I'm not the only one facing these problems. Several others who purchased the scooter from the Airoli Navi Mumbai centre have encountered similar issues. This situation appears to be a coordinated scheme, and I suspect it's orchestrated by the OLA owner. A clear indication of this is the sudden closure of the Airoli centre just two months after its establishment, suggesting that it was primarily set up for sales and potentially deceitful purposes.

    The company made the scooter perfect but after-sales service is 3rd class. When you go to a service center for any small or bigger complaint the service center guy says please leave your scooter 15 to 25 days. We bought this scooter to save money, but with savings, we also get tension and headaches. Disappointed.

    I bought my scooter on the 10 of October and from the first day I have been facing the Navigation issue. I visited many times to workshop at Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, and Ajmer Road, Jaipur location. Both workshops denied me to solve the problem and suggested that we don't have a solution for OLA map navigation. It will update automatically by OLA.
    Having a new vehicle from the showroom, this experience with OLA is very bad. Why is no one providing a proper solution

    Now I'm using it but no service-related issues
    Good range nice battery good to use
    I travel 60km daily and charge 3 days once
    I get the bill of 35rs per charge and even I can charge at
    Ather points. Usually, I charge 6 hr at home which is better than other vehicles best price going now due to Dassera
    And Dipawali.

    Low maintenance and great performance I enjoy riding Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 and the highway is regeneration control very well andc7500 km my Ola belt was broke on the highway I had to tow vehicle to Ola service center and in 3 to 4 days they had repair and put new belt and my ola gen2 have motor problem also the company has change my vehicle motor only the problem of ola is giving late service but I enjoy the ride my ola gen2

    Call the customer service number & the answer you get is "Your complaint is registered" & they can't give you any other info. If you want peace of mind don't buy this bike. You will not be able to reach anyone in the company and no one will know when your bike will be ready. You will not get service personnel, service coordinator, or service head numbers. The company has taken a huge plot near Sunkadakatte on rent to dump all vehicles that come in for service/repair, all of them must hope and pray that the head of this company learns a bit about customer service.

    I have a positive opinion that my e-bike riding experience, service, and other things are also good. Value for money product, suggest going for daily usage up to 60 kms. Using normal and sports modes,s, especially on highways with great power and quick response of motor are very good. Compared to other brands Ola is doing good in this segment.

    The company made the scooter perfect but after-sales service is 3rd class. When you go to a service center for any small or bigger complaint the service center guy says please leave your scooter 15 to 25 days. We bought this scooter to save money, but with savings, we also get tension and headaches. Disappointed.

  • Ola navigation is

    I bought my scooter on the 10 of October and from the first day I have been facing the Navigation issue. I visited many times to workshop at Adarsh Nagar, Jaipur, and Ajmer Road, Jaipur location. Both workshops denied me to solve the problem and suggested that we don't have a solution for OLA map navigation. It will update automatically by OLA.
    Having a new vehicle from the showroom, this experience with OLA is very bad. Why is no one providing a proper solution

    Now I'm using it but no service-related issues
    Good range nice battery good to use
    I travel 60km daily and charge 3 days once
    I get the bill of 35rs per charge and even I can charge at
    Ather points. Usually, I charge 6 hr at home which is better than other vehicles best price going now due to Dassera
    And Dipawali.

    Low maintenance and great performance I enjoy riding Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 and the highway is regeneration control very well andc7500 km my Ola belt was broke on the highway I had to tow vehicle to Ola service center and in 3 to 4 days they had repair and put new belt and my ola gen2 have motor problem also the company has change my vehicle motor only the problem of ola is giving late service but I enjoy the ride my ola gen2

    Call the customer service number & the answer you get is "Your complaint is registered" & they can't give you any other info. If you want peace of mind don't buy this bike. You will not be able to reach anyone in the company and no one will know when your bike will be ready. You will not get service personnel, service coordinator, or service head numbers. The company has taken a huge plot near Sunkadakatte on rent to dump all vehicles that come in for service/repair, all of them must hope and pray that the head of this company learns a bit about customer service.

    I have a positive opinion that my e-bike riding experience, service, and other things are also good. Value for money product, suggest going for daily usage up to 60 kms. Using normal and sports modes,s, especially on highways with great power and quick response of motor are very good. Compared to other brands Ola is doing good in this segment.
