Call the customer service number & the answer you get is "Your complaint is registered" & they can't give you any other info. If you want peace of mind don't buy this bike. You will not be able to reach anyone in the company and no one will know when your bike will be ready. You will not get service personnel, service coordinator, or service head numbers. The company has taken a huge plot near Sunkadakatte on rent to dump all vehicles that come in for service/repair, all of them must hope and pray that the head of this company learns a bit about customer service.

I have a positive opinion that my e-bike riding experience, service, and other things are also good. Value for money product, suggest going for daily usage up to 60 kms. Using normal and sports modes,s, especially on highways with great power and quick response of motor are very good. Compared to other brands Ola is doing good in this segment.

I am purchasing in October 2023 and now I am riding 17000km I have no major issues its good fitting comfortable but the problem is only the service center was near me when I purchased it this time it was in my city but I didn't understand why they are closed it this is a major problem of the customer if I pay 150000 but they didn't provide service.

Ola Electric S1 pro comes with Best Stylish Scooter with lots of Features. Ola is popular EV Brand. The scooter has many features like GPS, Navigation, Music, Cruise Control and lot more Benefits. Ola s1 pro has many advantages and Disadvantages. The range is good if we go at normal speed. The actual range differs from Weight and Speed. But we can consider for Short Kilometers. For Long distance travelling we will not Suggest Scooter. Scooter service is horrible Experience with the service Station and parts are Expensive, Company failed to install proper Hyper charging Stations.

Ola experience is very nice and if I talk Himachal road those vehicles are superb performance and day by day Ola going to rocks and growing very high and it's coming days more. Rocks because Ola has launched the Roadster EV bike also and the look. And designs are very dashing and definitely in future work as a leader in the EV market.

It was a great Pleausr buying Ola since it made me feel that buying things with your own money has value more than others rather than my family aldo liked the outcome of Ola the colour, appearance, style, speed, and all of that music system it was amazing I recommend everyone to go through ola once.

Pros: Really nice scooter works well good performance and range. Cool software and a nice design. Easy to recommend.
Cons: the brake pad life is bad. 3500km in and replaced thrice. Makes weird noises when riding at a 1.8 to 2.5 kw power range. Gets really dirty quick with some software-related issues and reliability issues.

Too many complex parts and components that are not suitable for Indian roads
No ignition key what a mess
No service center in tier 3 cities
Just copy pasted foreign vehicle
But hats off to the CEO for
Making ullu of Indian Ola customers
Unfortunately, my EV met with an accident now the vehicle is nonrepairable and is in scrap
