I have tried other electric bikes but Ola seems better the all others in the pickup and the price is also good on one charge I'll ride approx 80 km range feels very good and the comfort of Ola s1 x is good for daily use good. We are riding 3 friend on bike but running a very good pickup. Suggest to buy.

Once it has a problem it can't be serviced by the company people. The only thing you can do to dispose of it is a scarp. Even I have paid Rs3000/- for on-site service. Once while on the way it shows the problem. I have booked for on-site service through the app. Get no response from the people. Being a new scooter Unable left it there.

one of my worst decisions was to buy Ola S1x Plus here is no one who will help me with any problem from last month I have been having Ola security issues like without knowing the password for scooter unlocking I have emailed multiple times calls multiple times no one helping on this serious issue. Please don't buy Ola.

I don't recommend anyone to go on this troublesome scooter it's frequently breaks down due to breaks issues, parking stand issues, and software issues in six months I have hardly able to run for 20 days because it frequently breaks down and not able to run due to the continuous sensor and software issue after paying 1.16L it's not able to perform and it fills cheated by the newly entered company.

The company and its service are a joke. My battery went below 3%. They asked me to change it for 75,000 rupees. None of the service centers have a direct line of communication with their superiors neither do we. (As per the Kerala service manager). I have 6 vehicles now. Have sold 4 before. This is the only one I wouldn't recommend to others.

Pros- Don't go with Pros, these are been told by every website
Cons-
1) Worst & Pathetic Service - Ola people don't respond when you face any problem be it service center people, Showroom people, or customer care.
2) Scooter screen gets dead-
This scooter gets dead and there is no way to start it.
Their showroom guys will ask you to restart the scooter by manually opening its boot by pulling a pin then you have to find a plug by your finger, and they will ask you to unplug it.
3) Complained about charger issue- It's been more than 3 months, they don't call, don't come to replace or repair, and ask me to bring the scooter 200 km away from my place.
Even after availing of the service of Care+, they should have come to my place but they didn't respond.
4) Display gets hung- Most of the time the display gets hanged and it takes time

We booked OLA S1X on 16 June'24 and got delivery of the vehicle on 7 July'24 which is before the committed date. Pros: looks are very good, simple and sober, riding quality is good, pick up good, range we get in eco and normal mode up to 90KM/100% charge.
All the above is good until you face any issues. On 26 July We faced a system issue. And took the vehicle to the nearest service centre, they rectified the issue by changing the horn and received the vehicle on next day. After one day we again faced the same issue. And God knows how much time we will face the same issue during the tenure of OLA ownership.
We strongly do not recommend this vehicle to anyone who wants a piece of mind. After spending so much hard-earned money.

OLA is cheating customers by selling faulty vehicles...DON'T BUY OLA EV. I am suffering already. My money is wasted. I am looking for a refund. The vehicle is of no use.. I am not able to use it. The customer service centre and their process are horrible. Their servicing will not help much. Best to not buy.
