  • A great bike but a big problem...............

    Dev

First of all , it's a great bike for daily use , you will not have any problem if you are going to use it for traveling daily 30 to 40 kms , but when it comes to weight it is a little more but we have to compromise it to have a great motor power. It was not available for a month near my residence but I got it after 1 month so you can call the supplier and book it 15 days beforehand. The colors are awesome and performance is good , so if you are a adult or able to adjust to a 100kg bike then you should consider it.

  • Great bike with pathetic sales and horrible service experience.

    Stanly Dsouza

The buying experience was the worst. I was just shown a dusty bike and asked to take it and go. They didn't even bother to clean the bike and deliver it. No demo was given nor was proper key handover done. Just gave my things and said that's it.
Service is even worse, the call center is pathetic. Even after a week of giving my bike for service, there is no update. When I called back for service booking the attitude of the person on the call was horrible. I completed the call as I was in the middle of the meeting. He called me back and started arguing. Call customer care but no one got back to even enquire what happened. Finally, I gave my bike for service and it's been 8 days but they have not even called me once to update me on what has happened and when will they deliver the vehicle. They are not responding to calls or messages.
The bike is really good but please don't buy it or you will regret it later. Especially the Bangalore service center is pathetic and horrible.

Worst ever bike you can buy. Waste of money and peace of mind. Owning since 1 year and getting into problem every now and then. Worst customer care and all false claims. No road side assistance, no customer care. Bike totally dead . The customer service was terrible. Unresponsive representatives and a bumpy, uncomfortable ride. Not worth the money. Look elsewhere for a better option.

  • More cons than pros

    Karan Shirur

I booked this bike, waited 6 months, and had 3 fights with the showroom to own it. The bike is very smooth on the roads, has a great pickup in traffic jams, excellent maneuverability. A pillion will make the speed and range lower, it's great otherwise. Hate the service. The parts for this bike are rarer than a Triumph Tiger. Low maintenance and low running costs make this good for city rides. A removable battery allows charging in most areas. Good riding posture. Highest efficiency for kWh to range in km. Good stock tires. Sufficient initial torque. Too many moving parts in circuitry and terminals may get damaged due to wear and tear. This bike hates water and will throw tantrums if water gets inside any of the parts. Bad seats are not meant for rides longer than 5 km. Short handlebar. Changing between modes is useless at slower speeds in terms of power-saving. The sound makes no sense unless some random kids are excited about it. A good buy if you want an EV bike over a scooter and most of your travel is less than 120 km in a day. Build a charging socket in your parking to make things easier. Be proactive with the servicing as parts are rare, join my group to get them faster from different sources. Not an ad, just helping you out as a future owner.

  • please choose the brand of bike you trust on, because revolt has so many issues with there parts availability

    Aditya Agarwal

    Buying Experience:
I had a mixed experience when purchasing the Revolt RV400. Booking it online was relatively hassle-free, but it was a bit of a wait before I could get my hands on it. However, visiting the physical dealership for test rides and inquiries made the process smoother.
    Riding Experience:
The joy of riding the RV400 is undeniable. Its silent and smooth electric operation, combined with instant torque, provides a thrilling experience. I particularly liked the ability to switch between Eco, Normal, and Sport modes, tailoring the bike's performance to my mood and needs.
    Looks and Performance:
The RV400's design is modern and sporty, resembling traditional petrol-powered bikes. The LED lighting and digital instrument cluster with AI features are impressive. The bike's artificial exhaust sound is a fun touch.
In terms of performance, it's a standout in the electric bike category. However, it's important to note that the range can vary based on riding style and mode. It's best suited for urban commuting.
    Servicing and Maintenance:
Now, this is where I encountered some issues. The servicing and maintenance experience left something to be desired. Service centers were often slow in providing assistance, and at times, it took longer than expected to get the bike serviced. Availability of parts also posed challenges, with delays in obtaining necessary components for repairs. This aspect could certainly be improved.
    Pros:
    Eco-friendly with zero emissions.
Swappable battery system for convenient charging.
AI features and smartphone connectivity enhance the overall experience.
    Quiet and smooth operation.
Low operating costs thanks to the electric powertrain.
    Cons:
Limited charging infrastructure may hinder long-distance travel.
The initial purchase price may be higher compared to traditional motorcycles.
Limited range, making it ideal mainly for city commuting.
Slow service and challenges with parts availability at service centers.
In conclusion, the Revolt RV400 is a thrilling electric bike with some standout features. However, potential buyers should be aware of the service-related challenges I encountered, such as slow service and difficulties in obtaining parts. These aspects are essential to consider when deciding if this bike is the right fit for your needs.

  • The new future of bikes or is it lets find out. Review of revolt rv400

    Alapan Roy

Well, 1st of all its totally visually appealing. Awesome ergonomics, built quality looks premium.Although it is an electric bike its safer for our environment also, so i congratulate revolt to bring the future in our reach. Now its time for the truth, the most important than any question , is it worth to get one ?? lets find out together.Pros :- 1) its an electric bike (green).2) anyone , even students can afford it with mrp(my revolt plan) scheme.3) looks great. Even built quality also never compromised by revolt.4) high-tech apps features (not all features are disclose as of now, so there should be more premium features letter on ) ex- geo fensing , exhaust sound change , keyless , and riding modes.5) swapping station and battery delivery concept.6) lifetime battery warranty.7) unlimited service by revolt under mrp(my revolt plan).8) though its an electric bike the lower end pick up is heavily high.9) usd(up-side down forks).10) led head drls & projector head lamp.11) led tell lamp.15) fast charging (75% charge in 2.5hour / full charge 4-4.5 hour).16) can be charge at any place with an 15mm port.17) can run up to 150km after one charge.18) cost efficient.Cons:-1) there is no abs.2) lack of speed. (max speed 80km/h)3) weight carrying capacity. (not more than 150kg)4) battery weight is too heavy almost 19-20kg. They said if your bike run out of battery then you can carry the batter charge it and put it back and you good to go. But i don't think it is to carry 20kg.5) it is an electric bike so its initial pick up is very high so you need to be very concerned while rev the acceleration.6) the engine power could be more powerful , overall you making a bike not scooter.(personal opinion).7) bike looks great but very compact which make this look like a toy.8) additional body graphics is missing which i believe can be added.9) the bike has no exhaust sounds, but there is a speaker which produce artificial exhaust sound and it totally understandable that the sound is artificial. Now the questions:-1) should i buy this bike ??Ans :- of course.. I will buy this bike when it will available in my area.2) why ?Ans :- because, not every superhero wear mask..

These aspects are essential to consider when deciding if this bike is the right fit for your needs.

well as an electronic engineer, I can tell you that you can do anything if does wrong with this bike as it is electric, and if you try to repair it yourself they might void your warranty.
