Buying: Qualified staff amicable towards all & willing to answer all questions. The experience was fantastic, documentation was fast and staff regularly checked up.
Riding: Superb ride, excellent cornering like the R15, better hydraulics, disc braking, awesome turn radius,
Details: Full helmet fitting boot space, large front leg room 1.5 ft x 1.5ft, USB port near to instrument cluster, has 3 ride modes eco - 111km, ride - 90km, rush - 60km on 1 full charge, has dip switch, emergency all light blink button, instrument panel shows 2 trip counters; odometer; power; charge; mode; regen indicator, USB and a mobile pocket inside the frunk, charging port on the left front body, front foot pedals and protectors
To improve: mode - 60km/charge is very less, charger size large, clumsy charging procedure with opening the frunk, pulling a lever, which opens a panel, then remove rubber flap for inserting the charger plug. Post-charging is done you can only remove the charger plug if you turn the scooter on with the key. Overall a hassle. The front lights are weak, with not much throw. The dip switch is not intuitive, it's towards the low beam side hence when you are on a high beam you have to switch to low. beam, and then dip. Does not come with back support, accessories are not ready at the time of delivery,

Built quality is very good and the ride is pretty comfortable in the city and long.
The price range is quite competitive with this 4 kw battery and range of 120 kms in ECO.
Rush mode is something very impressive, you will feel like flying, and very huge space of 55 liters and a 14-inch alloy wheel is something very much like it.

The buying experience was good. Showroom in Coimbatore District is almost 107 km from my Home. Provided full cooperation with temporary registration at the Coimbatore RTO Office and I got permanent registration at Gobichettipalayam, Erode District, RTO Office by myself. Looking as an eye-catching EV. The riding experience is also good; however, with slight bumps on slightly bad roads, but with a pillion rider, riding comfort is better. Even after 1 year of launch, the non-availability of grabrail and hand support for pillion riders is unacceptable.
Mirror size is very small and difficult for rear view. Stepped seat for pillion riders makes it uncomfortable with increased height and pillion riders around 5.1 to 5.4 feet would find it difficult to step up and sit on EV. Front foot pegs are useful while carrying luggage on floorboards. Riding in Eco and Ride modes is comfortable, but riding in Rush mode is at Risk. Almost around 145 kg weight with extra fittings, which seems a little bit difficult to handle for Ladies.
Some of the electrical cables are left open without cover and may pose a risk while driving in rainy days and during water wash. No Hill-Hold Assist and Skid Control at the final on-road Price of Rs. 1,63,000 with Accessories is Very Sad. With a 4 Kw battery, the real-world range in Eco mode for a single rider is only around 90 Km in a city ride. 14-inch wheels, front foot pegs, large under seat storage area are standout features, which I do like very much. A little bit overpriced EV on the whole.
