Very worst customer service and bike service is very bad my bike got punctured 3 days ago. I tried customer service and service but no one came to put my bike punctured worst service big brand company with very irritating service please don't believe in service and customer cheating very bad service

Don't buy this Royal Enfield motorcycle, especially the BS6 and newer version, if at all you want to buy then buy a used one/2nd hand, at least you won't regret spending a lot of money on new bikes. Suppose you spend a minimum happily 2.5 lakh on a Royal Enfield and the paint starts chipping and problems start coming, then it's better to buy a used one under rs 80,0000 to 1lakh l why spend 2.5 to 3 lakh.

I love this bike my dream bike I have not seen mileage bullet is Royal and life makes royal I love this bike I'm excited for Bullet because all bikes have distressing prices but Bullet not increasing the price my bike is my life please buy Bullet not buying another bike bullet is very heavy and safe bike and high quality.

I am a citizen who falls under the Middle-Class Category. Why am I mentioning my category, it's for those who don't feel like being a Royal Enfield maniac.
Like many, I was also excited and dreamt of owning this machine and at least fulfilled it by owning one in 2016 - RE Classic 350 Black. For 1 year the riding experience will be smooth and exciting (this is applicable only if you give it for servicing at proper intervals - 3 months/2000). The service fee will be 3000 rs during this initial period (post-free service period). The real game begins post 1/1.5 year, the machine will start troubling you and simultaneously your pocket will start pinching you with exorbitant service fees which will range from 6000 to 10000rs per service; 10 times more than my regular car service amount which is just once a year.
