Dear Re team,
I have been waiting for the last couple of days for your sales team to contact and clarify the hidden cost kept between the online and the showroom. price however there is no sign of interest in doing business from your side. It's very upsetting to get such kind of different pricing. Kindly cancel my booking and do the refund process asap possible, it was really a horrible experience
With the Re.

Royal Enfield Continental GT gets its power from a 535cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke, air-cooled engine that comes linked to a five-speed constant mesh gearbox. The mill churns out 29.1 bhp of power at 5100 rpm along with 44 Nm of torque at 4000 rpm. The "Continental GT" was the most powerful machine from Royal Enfield when it was launched in 2014 and is reminiscent of the cafe racers of the 1960s, including the Enfield model from 1966. It was equipped with a 535 cm³ single-cylinder engine that develops almost 21 kW (30 hp) at 5100 rpm.

The Royal Enfield Continental GT is a bike that exudes timeless charm and offers a unique riding experience that seamlessly merges the past with the present. Having had the opportunity to take it for a spin, I can confidently say it's a machine that appeals to both the heart and the senses.
First and foremost, the design of the Continental GT is a nod to the golden era of café racers. Its classic lines, sculpted fuel tank, and low-slung handlebars evoke a sense of nostalgia, while the modern touches such as LED lighting and digital instrumentation add a contemporary flair. The overall aesthetic is nothing short of stunning, garnering attention wherever it goes.
Once in the saddle, the Continental GT feels like a natural extension of oneself. The riding position is sporty yet comfortable, with the clip-on handlebars encouraging a forward-leaning posture that instils confidence in corners. The single-seat setup further enhances the bike's café racer persona, although it may not be the most practical for long rides with a passenger.
The heart of the Continental GT is its 650cc air-cooled parallel-twin engine, which delivers a healthy dose of torque and power. Throttle response is smooth and linear, allowing for effortless acceleration both in the city and on the highway. The exhaust note, a deep and throaty rumble, adds to the overall sensory experience, eliciting smiles from both rider and bystanders alike.
Handling-wise, the Continental GT is a joy to ride. The chassis feels solid and planted, inspiring confidence when diving into corners. The suspension setup strikes a good balance between comfort and sportiness, soaking up bumps and imperfections while maintaining composure during spirited riding.
Braking performance is another highlight of the Continental GT. The front and rear disc brakes offer ample stopping power, with ABS providing additional reassurance in emergencies. The brakes feel progressive and responsive, instilling a sense of control and safety.
On the practical side, the Continental GT may not be the most versatile bike out there, but it certainly makes up for it with character and soul. Fuel efficiency is respectable, and maintenance costs are reasonable, making it a viable option for both daily commuting and weekend outings.
In conclusion, the Royal Enfield Continental GT is more than just a bike—it's a statement. It's a celebration of motorcycling heritage, a testament to craftsmanship, and above all, a machine that beckons to be ridden. Whether carving through twisty mountain roads or cruising down city streets, the Continental GT offers an experience like no other, one that is sure to leave a lasting impression on anyone lucky enough to throw a leg over it.

Great to look on the first thing when waking up and starting your day, cafe racer design gives you a look from the old school and is great in hands as you get older and matured.25 km/liter is good mileage for a heavy 650 cc engine, sitting posture is somewhat inclined which lets you feel close to the road while speeding up but can be hurting while in long tours.

I bought this bike 5 years ago and it was my first bike. It took me the first few months to get used to it. But once I got used to it, it was just magic! It was the flagship model of Royal Enfield then. But, every penny was worth it. I will keep it with me FOREVER!

The bike has a very low maintenance. The only 2 things I had to change (other than engine oil) during riding it 12500 km were the front disc break pads and the battery. The rear disc pads are still going good after 5 years of riding!

Good bike, different from the crowd, performance is good, vibrations are high above 120 km/h, below that no problem, cruising speed is between 90-100, overall good bike. Maintenance is on higher side but you can get it serviced outside with fully synthetic oil and original filters, major part change should be done by professionals in the agency itself. Brembo calipers can be substituted by Nissan calipers used in CBR 250 at a very pocket friendly cost.

I am car designer by profession and have always been fascinated about enfields. When i first saw the gt i knew i had to own one. Sadly i wasn't around much due to work and that's the reason she didn't clock them kilometers. She's a scratch-less beauty and i have kept her that way ever since the day i got her home. I have managed to keep the bike stock except for the free flow exhaust. I have attached reflectors on the front forks as that on the export model making it stand out from the lot. I really don't want her to go but as i cant be around all the while to cater her, i am looking forward to a passionate rider who can take her home and keep her thumping. Its serviced from time to time.

The first & foremost thing about conti gt is that, it's not for loose hearted chaps. This bike tests your calibre every now and then throughout its journey with you.Its will test your physical ability to withstand its vibrations on high revs, back pain due to aggressive sitting stance, challenging long distance rides.Financial readiness to fulfil its fuel appetite and maintenance cost. You could get a really quick bike well within the on-road price of this machine. You may find more suitable features in other bikes as compared to gt. But riding and owning a gt is a honour in itself. Those who are thinking of mileage, maintenance cost, relaxed daily commute etc..Etc..This machine is not for you.If you think of going for conti. Gt think for life less ordinary!pro's and con's of gt pro's- you are no more ordinary with is bike.Heads turner styling. 535 cc bike within 2.25 lakh(basic accessories ), with pirelli tyres, brembo breaks, pioli suspensions.Tremendous city and short distance riding experience. Con's- waiting period for spares, single seater, poor quality rubber hosing on machine, uncomfortable for long distance rides with vibrations.Expect sudden break down. Service cost on higher side.No abs (though latest models have it) its not oil cooled its air cooled so gets heated a lot.Tips for royal enfield continental gt. Don't keep it standing, lube the chain regularly, keep an eye on battery condition, always carry a tool kit and first aid, halt for 15-20 min to cool down after every 1 hrs of fast riding.

  • Experience having royal enfield continental gt

    Praneet
