Tips for other riders
Oil and filter change: Regular oil changes are essential to keep the engine running smoothly and to extend its lifespan. It is recommended to change the oil every 3,000 kilometers. Also, make sure to replace the oil filter at the same time. Air filter cleaning: The air filter should be checked and cleaned every 5,000 kilometers. A dirty air filter can restrict airflow to the engine and reduce performance. A clean air filter helps the engine breathe better and run more efficiently. Chain lubrication and tension: The chain should be cleaned and lubricated regularly to prevent wear and tear. Also, make sure that the chain tension is set correctly. A loose chain can cause damage to the sprockets, and a tight chain can cause premature wear to the chain and sprockets. Brake pads and fluid: Brake pads should be checked for wear and replaced if necessary. Also, make sure that the brake fluid is at the correct level and is changed every two years. Tire pressure and condition: Make sure that

Read before buying himalayan

I have Himalayan bs6. In the span of two years, I had to change 1) speedometer 2) chain 3) front shocker oil seal 4) handlebar cone set and now my bike is down with 5) engine head and valve problem! could you imagine a two-year-old bike with not more than 15000km run worth 2.5 lac developed a serious engine problem! I'd recommend not wasting 2.5/7 lac on buying garbage. If you report any issue to the service center they simply reply "These are universal issues" "yeh problem toh aata hi hai himalayan me" bhai aaata hai toh resolve karo na ... Nahi toh mat becho bike!Seriously regretting my decision to buy himalayan. Will make others aware of the poor built quality of bikes.
