Got mileage of

12 kmpl

my re himalayan's mileage is 12kmpl and max speed is around 100km/h .Don't buy as there is no power or mileage max speed is 95-100km/h, above 95km/h the vehicle gets too much vibration which we cant handle .===problems of bike is the following ===1.Low mileage 12kmpl 2 .Top speed 90-100km/h 3..Air vent in the petrol tank had problem,so during rain every time water gets into the tank. From the first service i have been reporting this to the re showroom staff & each time they would say by next service it will be ok . No mileage or no top speed also no proper service . I gave complaints and the reply was "just take to showroom you have purchased" . So as they i took to the re showroom service and i told the problems but they did nothing .Also they wont write down every problems we say to list down in the service chart, they just write 3 or 4 things they like. Why should you buy a bike giving 100km/h max speed with 12kmpl mileage costing near 2 lakhs .

The Royal Enfield Himalayan 411 is a versatile motorbike. I have been riding it for almost 3 years now and have completed 25000+ kms.
Now, let me share my experiences from the scratch.
The buying experience at the Royal Enfield Iblur Showroom was okay. However the sales guys here are helpful and I should mention that I got the bike delivered to me before the promised date which made me quite happy.
I loved the rugged look of the bike and truly feel that it justifies its name.
After riding the motorcycle on various terrains from city to mountains, forests and offroad patches the bike seemed to go anywhere and everywhere. "Built for all roads, Built for no roads", is the only tagline to define this bike.
Performance wise I was happy but while riding on highways lacked a little power and felt the vibrations on the foot legs every time I surpassed the 90kmph mark on the bike but it is the sweet spot on this bike and you can comfortably cruise at this speed throughout the day.
The general servicing cost is quite affordable considering the segment in which this bike falls into.
The only issue is rusting (a very common Royal Enfield problem), engine stalling mostly due to faulty fuel pump and the tube tires.
In conclusion, I must say this is a versatile machine that can take you anywhere but you need to take good care of it. Should you buy one? Definitely if you want to get hands on to your first ADV this is a must buy!

Great bike with good looks and the seat height is good for tall riders with great suspension for both rider and pillion. Comfort is top class, RE service is the worst every time I go for service they listen and note all the complaints but never fix them, They don't even check the complaints the problem remains same after every service no change at all. They only do water wash and ready to go.

The Himalayan does make a lot of sense in that regard and Royal Enfield The brand needs no introduction to anyone who rides a motorcycle in the country Great, all should go for this bike. It looks good body is not bulky like other bikes. It is easy to ride on all roads it's really comfortable for long-distance rides and for daily commuters.
