The staff was very friendly and helped me with most of my wishes. Prakash was the one who organized my booking and it was really good and without any issues.2. The bike was in a good condition. They said they just did the full service before my trip. I think it is true that I had no problems with the bike at all. I was riding the bike for 3100km so of course I went to a two wheeler workshop sometimes to readjust the chain or refill some engine oil. But every biker should know how to maintain a bike if he/she is going for a long trip.3. Returning the bike was no problem at all. But to ensure there are no problems better take some pictures of the bike before you leave. For more than 100km per day they charge extra 5Rs for each kilometer what is in my opinion a fair deal. It wasn‘t a hidden fee they told me before my trip so I knew I would have to pay some extra Rupees. It would be better for the environment if more people used bikes rather than cars.

1. Buying experience I booked the bike on November 14th and got delivered on January 4th. The huge delay was because of the colour I choosed. I choosed dapper grey. The showroom person said "Initially company brought it as a custom colour, then it was changed later." initially i was about to take rebel red. But my family liked dapper grey. The showroom was marikar motors pathanamthitta. The people were nice and tried the best to give me vehicle as soon as possible. I even had a shoot for the delivery of the vehicle. They were very much co-operative.2. Riding experience The riding experience is nice but i have some issues with that. That's why I gave it 4 stars. The riding ergonomics is a little discomfort for me. The seat and seating comfort is nice. But the riding foot pedals are too narrow in width and that hurts my instep and arch of foot. At the beginning of rides when I just bought my bike, my palm also got pain while riding. Later it was gone. I don't know if its a single case of having my body problem. If not my suggestion would be to set the foot pedal more backwards or use a pedal as in honda cb350 rs or meteor 350. Talking about the night vision, the headlight works amazingly well. It have a good throw and good brightness. The exhaust plays a major role in riding. The sound is so awesome that we get reminded of our old re and its a head turner too.3. Details about looks, performance etc. considering a 350cc bike and for a 2 lakh on road price, the looks are nice. My biggest concern was about the instrument cluster when re stopped giving the tripper navigation. I am person to have everything symmetrical. So having a cluster at an offset position is not a pleasant thing in my view. So I bought a windshield which comes as accessories. But still it would have been nice if it was having a tripper navigation or a tachometer. Apart from that coming to the right-back side of bike, it gives an awesome look. Having a nice tail tidy, a wider tire, and a short exhaust..... Superb... Again coming to front part, it would have been nice if it got a drl as in meteor 350. And also the same stop lamp as like meteor 350 as it have an all time on lamp and a separate stop signal. Please note not to put or place any harsh items on the tank as it may get scratched and i had an incident personally. The other main thing is about the tire. They are not that great and give very poor grip on sand and not that much confidence while taking corners too. But that's not a problem of bike. It will get rectified as soon as you put a nice tire.Talking about performance and engine, the engine is refined comparing to the older generation 350cc engines that re had. It have very minimal vibration on the handle. But it have some engine noises that some makes us irritated and at the same time worried that does the engine have a problem. It also gives a slight vibration on the mirror when we rev up the throttle. Performance is nice as the bike is light weight and narrow as compared to the other 350cc re ones. The bike has a very punchy low end torque that undoubtedly takes the vehicle from the stop even in the 5th gear. Because of that good low end torque, the bike gets minimal gear shifts which is very good for comfortable ride and good fuel economy. The mid range is also good but the top end is not that great and this vehicle is not meant for that much speeds. 4. Service and maintenance I had 2 services from the past 6 months. First at 500 km which costed 1,615 rs. The second one at 5,000km which costed only value for money > refined and tourqy engine > great night visibility > amazing exhaust sound > great for daily commutes and city rides even with traffic (b) cons > engine noises > not comfortable foot pedals
