I have driven this bike for around 15,000 km and I am not satisfied with its performance. At such a premium price, the company should have provided at least a few premium features such as LED lights, indicators, etc. The buttons on the handle are a complete disaster and the person who designed them is a complete idiot. The pass button moves from left to right where as our thumb is comfortable from down to up position. Similar issue with the ignition button. The riding posture is also too uncomfortable and the seat is very small for a pillion and a small baby, let alone a big boy. You are paying a premium price for old technologies. Do not go after the looks of this bike better go for Meteor. At least you will be riding in a comfortable posture.

  • Royal Enfield Hunter 350: Modern bike with retro charm

    Mohit

The Royal Enfield Hunter 350 is considered as one of the best motorcycles with a distinctive Indian design and new technology age in terms of performance. There are no thin-lipped and mean dealers, the buying experience is generally comfortable with dealers extending a welcome for a test ride to feel the bike. The 349 cc powertrain generates around 20.2 hp and 27 Nm torque which is good for everyday city riding since it is a crowded place. Light architecture helps to go through barriers and hindrances, the simple riding body position with good adequate suspension simplifies the matter both in urban commutes and in weekend getaways.
In looks, the Hunter 350 captured the hearts of many with its retro style, round headlamp, teardrop-shaped fuel tank, and colors that are liked by Indian customers. The six-speed transmission does not require a big effort and all changes are easy at more than moderate speeds the machine is balanced & does not waver with good disc brakes to pull the velocity down when needed.
That is, however, not a problem when it comes to servicing the motorcycle in the country with the help of a vast professional network built by Royal Enfield all over India. Running routine maintenance at each 6,000 km allows the bike to wear all its formal attributes, and every mechanic normally has standard spare parts that are cheap.
While it does have some drawbacks like no compartment bag and a few vibrations at high speed.
Key maintenance tips include sticking to oil change schedules, checking tire pressure, and keeping the chain lubricated.

  • One of the best bike in affordable budget

    Sanjit

    Pros:
*The buying experience was so good.
*Mileage is always satisfactory around 38-40.
*Braking is better than other Royal Enfield bikes.
*Turning radius is less which is very useful in City rides.
10 kg less, which is suitable for thinner guys like me heh
    Cons:
*Suspensions are so stiff, that even a small pothole on the road makes its presence.
The seat is small, not comfortable for riders and pillion if they are carrying any bags
The headlight throw is not so good.
Mirrors always shake if the speed is greater than even 70 kmph.
Now it's up to you guys to which will you go.

It's a sporty street bike with high initial torque, sexy looks, and superb sound. Its main performance lies in the low - mid-speed range. You can easily reach up to 100 kmph in 3rd gear after that it gets lazy to reach above speed.
You can easily handle this one like 100 CC bikes. It's also suitable for short riders (myself 5'4 height) and beginners.
You can expect a mileage of up to 40 (depending on riding).
Service cost is affordable when compared with other RE bikes.
    Pros:
    Its suspension is tight.
I think it's not suitable for off-road purposes.

    Chamling

The only reason for this bike to be likable is due to the lack of product offerings from other Indian companies for this segment. Retroes have always been a unique selling point for Enfield, but there would be greater chances of encountering better bikes for people like me who prefer retro’s and classics over any other product. Also a huge shoutout to Triumph and Harley for making this happen.

It nice bike, but the look has to improve, in this look price should be low, because in 2laks I have more comparative options if its on-road price is 1.50 lakhs then it will be value for the money and I have 3 bikes bajaj 1 pulsar 180cc , Hero 1 X-puls and now Royal Enfield Hunder 350, now I'm planning to sell my hunter and want to buy Honda CB 350RS

This is a great bike in a great price range, look also good and great in riding. The matte finish on the frame is eye-catching and gives the bike a premium feel. On steeper downhill sections, the suspension felt smooth, giving me confidence over rougher terrain. The geometry is slightly more relaxed, which makes it comfortable for long rides without feeling too aggressive.

    Akshay J Kumar

    Gaurav Gupta
