2. Sir, the leg guard installed on the bike was of such poor quality that it cracked within a month. When I approached the dealer for a change of the same on 31 Oct 2022, they said that it has come from the company like this, and we can not change it now. If the company gives such type of product then what can be expected? sir, they put all the blame on me that you must have broken it, while there is not a single scratch in the leg guard.
3. I didn't expect such type of behavior from the dealer and company. Hence, I request you to instruct such type of dealer and agency and also do the needful action for early change of leg guard, at the earliest, please.
