The Royal Enfield Classic 350 is a classic bike with a retro design, comfortable ride, sturdy build quality, and a unique thumping engine. It offers customization options and is known for its unique thumping exhaust note. However, it is known for vibrations, low fuel efficiency, and frequent maintenance. It lacks modern features like ABS or digital instrument clusters, and may not be the best choice for those seeking a more modern, feature-rich motorcycle. Despite these drawbacks, the Classic 350 is a great choice for riders who prioritize style, comfort, and a unique riding experience.

Regular cleaning or replacement of the air filter in your Royal Enfield Classic 350 is crucial for its performance and fuel efficiency. Dirty filters restrict air flow, causing reduced performance, poor fuel efficiency, and engine damage. Regular maintenance improves performance, enhances fuel efficiency, and extends engine life. Clean filters ensure the engine receives clean air, reducing emissions and extending the engine's lifespan. My experience with Royal Enfield's service for the Bullet has been nothing short of frustrating. The issues began with unresponsive customer support, where obtaining information or scheduling service appointments felt like navigating a maze. When I did manage to get through, the communication regarding the status of my bike's service was inconsistent and often delayed. The service center itself was a disappointment. Despite booking appointments in advance, there were significant delays in attending to my bike. The quality of the service left much to be desired as well, with recurring issues and a lack of attention to detail. It seemed like the technicians were more interested in finishing quickly rather than ensuring a thorough and effective service. Furthermore, the unavailability of necessary spare parts added to the ordeal, causing unnecessary delays in the repair process. The overall lack of professionalism and efficiency in Royal Enfield's service for the Bullet has made me question the brand's commitment to customer satisfaction. Considering the premium price associated with Royal Enfield motorcycles, the service experience has been a letdown and has significantly tarnished my perception of the brand.

  • The Vibrant Legend without any Vibration.....

    Reghunadhakurup G

Bought the bike - New Gen Classic 350 Stealth Black- one month ago. Not much waiting. 17th day after the launch. Delivery day ... Unforgettable. Leaving the showroom as a king. Amazing experience. New gen Classic is entirely different from the old one. No bikes for the comparison. The vibrant legend without any Vibration.... Gear shifting is amazing.. Seating highly comfortable. Extra smooth feel. The proud look is enough. First free service done. 950 kms completed. The same feel is going on.
But the cost is bit more. Even though I am satisfied with the companion.

    Sanjay Simha

  • Waste of money
