  • Quality issues from the Royal Enfield side

    Satyam Bhardwaj

Okay, so I got the first service done on this bike. I must say this bike had some serious quality issues, first of all, it took over a month to be delivered, then the quality levels weren't satisfactory. rear tires were a little bit offset, the center bolt that tightens the handle to the frame was a little bit loose so they were making noises, and rear indicators were not centered as well, one wise pointing upwards and the other one pointing downwards, side panel with scram branding on it had a loose screw. Although I got it all fixed in the first service of the bike, all of it wasn't expected from the Royal Enfield.
I'm giving this 5 stars because it is honestly a good bike, for city rides it's got the right punch and light handling, for the highway, it's got a gentle engine, apart from those quality issues it's a complete bike.

Amazing ride, with excellent structure, good color, and best for long trips. Better performance in speed and sudden pickup in starting. If it still exists, can give good competition to others. It doesn't have a kick rode. And i love to say that it is a fantastic movement for me whenever I ride this.

The first time I laid eyes on the bike while picking it up, I felt a bit overwhelmed by its size and weight. Riding such a massive bike in Bangalore seemed like it could be quite inconvenient. However, the Scram amazed me with its ease of handling; it wasn't exactly beginner-friendly, but still surprisingly manageable. As I rode back home, I started getting acquainted with the motorcycle, and I found myself adjusting to it quite well. I'd have liked a tubeless option.
