This is my experience with suzuki access 125(2017)
After lot of research i stuck between honda activa and suzuki access125 later i went through the specification in bikewale.Com i ended up with suzuki access 125 so later next day i went to suzuki showroom and booked it...
So after 3-4 days i got my bike...Wow it was stunning because i booked a matte grey it's was cool it was my buying experience later ...
After getting on to bike it's was so comfortable as i'm 166cms due to 12 and 10 cms wheel base and 166+ cms ground clearance it's feels good when i switched on the engine it's so good later my first ride with it till home was superb it's acceleration is fast it's can be bullet of scooter and duke in pick-up i loved it
My experience
10000+ kms
Pros --
Build is superb
Performance is ultimate
Mileage -- i'm getting around 48-53 as i commute daily to college
Pick-up i had already mentioned pickup us super in the access that's the main reason i bought access 125
Riding experience is smooth as it's linear transmission
Mobile charger at convenience place
Cons --
I feel breaking system is little bit backed because if you are around 60 kms it's well and good but if you doing it with 65+ then bike lacks confidence
Overall it's a good bike to commute in city for it's pick-up, mileage, and smooth riding experience
Maintenance is pretty much low as it's not super-bike, for drum version of brake its actually maintenance is very low , company offers 4 free service
Tips for Suzuki Access 125
Maintain clean bike use the bike as given in manual
Find out the list of available Suzuki Scooters.
The average of the Access 125 is 47 kmpl, as per the owners of the bike.

Bought the new Access 125 (2024 model). It turned off mid-ride, within a week of purchase. I had not even covered 50 km.Turns out it was a blown fuse problem. They replaced the fuse.Seems like, the scooter does not come with a spare fuse.It just has a spare fuse slot which is empty, why a slot exists when they do not provide a spare fuse is a mystery.Again, after replacing the fuse, the new fuse was blown the same day. The scooter is currently back in the service center/ dealer and they have no clue why this happened twice. The takeaway is that They are providing scooters without doing adequate quality checks. The worst part, the service team took more than 24 hours to respond to this. Didn't even care about the fact that the scooter is brand new. Terrible experience.

Access looks cool. Almost retro-style scooter with decent power. Acceleration feels good. It has enough boot space. A full-sized helmet and a few items can fit in the boot. I have a matte black color and it looks cool. Build quality is good. Servicing is so bad. Local Suzuki dealer finished 5 services and was never satisfied with at least one. Braking is bad. The instrument cluster could have been better.

I have driven this scooter for a long time. The scooter is quite spacious. The performance is also 4/5. But the biggest problem is its engine. I am from Uttarakhand. My scooter was emitting smoke. I showed it to many mechanics but nothing was done. The second biggest problem is that it does not take self. There are a lot of problems in winter. Later, its mileage also started decreasing a lot.

After riding the Honda Activa for 19 years, opted for the Suzuki Access 125 in 2022 for a change. It proved as one of the good decisions. Initially, it didn't deliver the mileage as offered. But later, after riding around 6,000 kms, mileage gradually improved band now getting 60+ km/l on highways. Daily I travel around 60-70 kms on Thalassery - Iritty route. However, the local authorized service centers of Suzuki are not up to the mark, hence not reliable, else Access 125 is a good choice.

The best style, comfort, and value for money, my Family is very happy with this scooter. Suzuki Access 125 is generally positive with users praising its comfort, mileage and practically However, some say that the built quality is not as good as other scooters in its segment. Accesses 125 is fuel efficient and gets good mileage. we get 51 to 53 kilometers per liter in the city.

Starting Issues ever since I brought this bike 3 years ago with no solution

There has been no solution to this issue in the Suzuki Access. After service, it will work for one day and then again the same. Self-start without acceleration doesn't work. Also if you leave the accelerator the engine stops. Have serviced it so many times but to no avail. There also seems to be some balance issue, which I read in other reviews too. Suzuki has lost its touch with this one.
