Review on a two decade old suzuki samurai.
Karan
We bought it in 2004 as a second-hand bike and my father owned it and were already old fashioned bike then and that was the bike my father liked and which also settled in with our budget and he is riding it till date more than two decades its been running daily at least 20 km per day and this bike has set high value in my family due to its unbelievable durability. Riding experience is still unique due to the sound it produces and looks are pretty old from its round headlight to everything obviously it's an old bike too .My father never even bother about maintaining it, he usually puts it into service with local service guys only when a problem arrives, but the bike is still good and can max up the speed of 70-80 km and there is vibration from start but it gets worse after 50kmph. Its good and value for money and durable are the prons.

Suzuki samurai bike a problematic bike not a no problem bike
4 years ago
M V Anand Kumar
Suzuki samurai I bought the bike in 1999 February its is a not good bike .This bike has got a 2 stroke engine the mileage is very low. This not a good bike for sales persons ,representatives, Managers etc .Its body parts are all fiber. This not a bike for gentle men and family riding. Its not as smooth as the 4 stroke bike .Hero honda 100 cc bikes are much better in riding experience .And looks and performance.. I broke one of my fingers while riding the suzuki samurai, no wonder its sales has stopped whereas hero honda splendor is still in the market .I will never any body to buy the suzuki samurai bike it's a problematic bike not a no problem bike as claimed by the company.

No problem

Word no problem got famous, the ad which i still remember of that Chinese guy saying no problem after taking a ride on the bike.
My father suzuki samurai in the year 1994 after extensive analysis at that time. After spending a lot of time researching, i finally took the bike from my dad. In the year is 2011, almost friend of 23 years and the bike is still running smoothly with no problems and scratches.
Average is around 50 kmpl. Engine has not been opened so far. However, i have problems of finding genuine original parts if it has to be maintained life long. Suzuki samurai are definitely the best 2 stroke bikes that gained heights at their times. 2 stroke is an outdated technology but suzuki should strongly make efforts in rolling out a new samurai with similar looks, body but with a better engine to all its samurai fans after splitting with tvs. Anyone considering samurai should go ahead with it. All the best.
