Triumph Bonneville Bobber Summary

Price: Triumph Bonneville Bobber price for its variant - Bonneville Bobber Standard starts at Rs. 12,35,000. The mentioned Bonneville Bobber price is the average ex-showroom.

Triumph Bonneville Bobber is a cruiser bike available in only 1 variant and 5 colours. The Triumph Bonneville Bobber is powered by 1200cc BS6 engine which develops a power of 76.9 bhp and a torque of 106 Nm. With both front and rear disc brakes, Triumph Bonneville Bobber comes up with anti-locking braking system. This Bonneville Bobber bike weighs 251 kg and has a fuel tank capacity of 12 liters.

Triumph Motorcycles India has launched the 2023 Bonneville Bobber in our market. The 2023 version gets a styling revision in the form of a new paint option – Red Hopper – that joins the existing palette. The new colour will be sold alongside the existing paint options – Jet Black, Cordovan Red, and Matte Storm Grey with Matte Ironstone.

The paint themes affect the ex-showroom prices of the Bonneville Bobber. The Jet Black colour is the most affordable, while the Matte Storm Grey with Matte Ironstone is the costliest on the list. The styling cues, feature list, and mechanical specifications remain identical to the 2022 version, and the latest iteration of the Bonneville Bobber continues to feature a round headlight at the front, tear-drop-shaped fuel tank with a chrome filler cap, a rider-only saddle, slash cut design for the twin exhaust canisters, and wire-spoke wheels.

The motorcycle is powered by a BS6-compliant 1,200cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled engine. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, the motor is tuned to produce a maximum output of 76.9bhp at 6,100rpm and peak torque of 106Nm at 4,000rpm. The hardware includes 47mm Showa front forks, rear mono-shock, twin discs with Brembo calipers at the front, a single rotor with Nissin caliper at the back, and 16-inch wheels on both ends. The feature list includes full-LED lighting, a semi-digital instrument cluster, dual-channel ABS, and an assist clutch mechanism.

The Bonneville Bobber rivals the likes of the Harley-Davidson Forty-Eight and Ducati XDiavel in the Indian market.

Triumph Bonneville Bobber Review

  • Good Things

    • Torquey 1200cc motor with sweet sounding exhaust
    • Comfortable riding stance
    • Highly usable riding modes
  • Could be Better

    • Limited rear suspension travel
    • No option for pillion seat

BikeWale's Take

The Bonneville Bobber is a retro-styled motorcycle ideal for those who prefer to ride sole as it does get a pillion seat even as an option. Besides that, a comfortable, well-balanced, lovely sounding motorcycle that is charming to ride for hours

I am amazed by the look and more than that the performance is very good and the riding is very smooth. One of the best bikes I have ever rode till now so yeah it's the winner for trips and for daily commutes and a fantastic bike for showing off to people that you have got some Badass in your hand which is dangerously good.

A machine with a style statement

Not a general concept bike, this is kind of style statement happy to own one has its own set of issues and limitation like all bikes but it do gives that adrenaline rush in signal to signal push. Just me and the bike that's all.
Not for touring or offroading but city and short highway burst anytime of the day, apparently gives a good mileage just highway 25-24 km/ltr and city 17-18 and bumper to bumper 14 on worst case case scenario
