I am riding this bike since 2017, and ride it to the mountains to sea level, i just loved the performance and the riding posture, it gives. It's maintenance cost is too low as compared with other bikes, comes in this segment.
But one issue with tvs India, there's a part shortage problem. Whenever my bike needs a part for replacement, maximum time I am disappointed. I think tvs India should fix this issue for their customer asap

    1. About my buying experience is very tired thing, the showroom took more than month to bring me it.2. Riding experience is superb, i mean the speed and the mileage for daily usage is well balanced, and also the body is too balanced.3.Mine is red on black, as a black lover love mine also the figure is well updated and most importantly the mileage is good it gives near 35-40 on mine on off roads.4. Don't worry about maintenance, it is smooth one.5. Pros: body shape design speed cons: mileage.

The buying experience was quite good. Looks are attractive and the stickers make it look sharper and sportier. The acceleration is amazing from 0 to 60 km/h in just 4.1 second. Very easy to ride in traffic and I don't miss a 6th gear on this bike on highways because the gear ratios are long enough. It can reach a top speed of around 138 km/h It offers the best features in this segment. Slipper clutch, fully digital console with smart x connect etc. First service cost was around 800. Overall the bike is an absolute beast with zero complaints from my side although the side stand could have been a bit longer that's the only con. Rtr is already better than ns200(my opinion) in bs6 version . Go for it without any doubt.

First of all on paper it seems awesome but in reality it's very different.
    I purchased a 200 4V in dec 2020 and I have covered 28000 kilometres on this bike.
This bike has problems now and then, and the built quality is very poor. (Sometimes starting issue, battery down issue even though the battery is fully charged etc)
Like its balancer gets damaged while tackling potholes,
Its chain sprocket is very poor i had to replace it at 11000 kilometres just to let you know I ride my bike sensibly.
    Its LED light got dim.
Certain noise comes from the engine kat kat kat
Whenever I visit the service centre one or more parts have to be replaced for sure.
Till now I have spent nearly 30k to 35k on this bike.
Radial tyre got damaged at 21000 km which was shocking as in my area roads are good.
I will not recommend this bike its on-road price must be eye-catching but after-sales service as well as the built quality is pathetic
    Choose your vehicle wisely.

Actually i thought this motorcycle could not be strong or not to be a competitor for other 200 cc segment bikes ...But after i it came out it is a massive piece of art man...It actually gives a good comfort and the abs are very safety and helpful too.. The structure so good to see and the paint job really much attractive ...Talking about the comfort so good and the no vibration easy to handle the shock absorber really gives you a smooth drive and the power good the pickup 0 to 60 is very quicker than in this segment compared to the pulsar 200 ns but after that 0 to 100 the 200 ns goes faster bcoz the 200 ns producing more power than the apache 200 4v but compared to other things the apache 200 4v is the king of 200 cc segment it comes with duel channel abs and fi variant and carb variant ...The mileage also good in city compared to any other and the exhaust sound so good to hear talking about the dimensions he seat height is 790 mm so no problem for the ppl who is have height of 5.4 to 5.5 can easily drive and so comfort too .. Totally worth for every penny...

    M M

The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V is a popular motorcycle in the Indian market, known for its blend of performance, style, and technology. Here's a detailed review covering various aspects of the bike:
    ### Design and Build
The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V features an aggressive and sporty design. The sharp lines, muscular fuel tank, and edgy graphics contribute to its sporty appearance. The split seat setup and LED headlamp with DRLs (Daytime Running Lights) add to its modern look. The build quality is robust, and the fit and finish are commendable for its segment.
    ### Engine and Performance
The Apache RTR 200 4V is powered by a 197.75cc single-cylinder, four-valve, oil-cooled engine. This engine is capable of producing around 20.5 PS of power at 8500 RPM and 16.8 Nm of torque at 7500 RPM. It comes with a five-speed gearbox. The engine is known for its refined performance, quick throttle response, and linear power delivery. The bike can accelerate from 0 to 60 km/h in around 3.9 seconds, making it one of the quicker bikes in its segment.
    ### Ride and Handling
The Apache RTR 200 4V offers a well-balanced ride and handling experience. The suspension setup includes telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear, which provide a comfortable ride over various road conditions. The bike's chassis is designed for agility, offering precise handling in corners. The ergonomics are sporty yet comfortable, making it suitable for both city commuting and spirited riding.
    ### Braking and Safety
Braking duties are handled by disc brakes on both ends, with the option of a dual-channel ABS (Anti-lock Braking System) for enhanced safety. The braking performance is strong and confidence-inspiring, providing good bite and progression. The ABS system works effectively to prevent wheel lock-up during hard braking scenarios.
    ### Features and Technology
The Apache RTR 200 4V is loaded with features for its segment. It includes a fully digital instrument cluster that displays a range of information such as speed, tachometer, trip meter, gear position indicator, fuel gauge, and more. The bike also offers Bluetooth connectivity through the SmartXonnect feature, allowing riders to pair their smartphones and access turn-by-turn navigation, call/SMS alerts, and other data via a dedicated app. Other notable features include a slipper clutch, GTT (Glide Through Traffic) technology, and adjustable brake and clutch levers.
    ### Mileage and Fuel Efficiency
The Apache RTR 200 4V delivers a reasonable fuel efficiency for a bike of its performance category. It typically offers around 35-40 km/l, depending on riding conditions and style. This makes it a practical choice for daily commuting as well as weekend rides.
    ### Pricing and Variants

    - Feature-rich with modern technology
    - Good ride and handling balance
    - Effective braking with ABS option
    **Cons:**
    - Vibration at higher RPMs

    - The pillion seat might be uncomfortable for long rides
    ### Conclusion
The TVS Apache RTR 200 4V stands out as a well-rounded motorcycle in the 200cc segment. Its combination of performance, features, and aggressive styling make it a compelling choice for riders looking for a sporty yet practical machine. Whether for daily commuting or weekend rides, the Apache RTR 200 4V offers an engaging and enjoyable riding experience.

Get your chain clean and lube every 250 km to 300 km because its chain gets dry very fast. Service is required at every 2000 km to 2500 km. You need to get your throttle body clean in very alternate servicing. To avoid chain noise replace the chain bottom guide at every 7000 km.

    Tips for other riders

Get your chain clean and lube every 250 km to 300 km because its chain gets dry very fast. Service is required at every 2000 km to 2500 km. You need to get your throttle body clean in very alternate servicing. To avoid chain noise replace the chain bottom guide at every 7000 km.
