I got my apache rtr 200 cc bike in mar-2018 by paying 121k rupees(yes there was a time). The meter now reads 3, 168 km covered. It has been with me for the past 4 months and is still in very good condition. Previously i had bajaj discover. Please read my experience and views about the bike:visual appeal:it has decent looks. Back it 2012 it was one of the most sought bikes along with bajaj pulsar. I opted for apache because of its proven tracker record. But now a days there are better looking bikes are available in the market. Having said that, it doesn’t look that bad too:-)mileage: usually don’t keep too much tracker of the mileage. But i have observed that it varies from 35to 40 km/ltr. Not great but not bad too considering it is a 200cc bike. If you are too concerned for the mileage better go for 125 cc bikes. Comfort: comfort-wise it might not be the best bike. Its neither high on comfort nor the worst either. In the short trips you find it quite ok but you would feel the difference once you drive it for longer distance.Performance:it is a beast with a powerful battery. Pick up is nice and breaks are pretty good. Only cons is it vibrates once you increase the speed over 90km/hr.Maintenance:there are bikes like yamaha fz or bajaj pulsar which are high maintenance bikes. As compared to them, tvs apache’s maintenance won’t cost you too much.Well that’s it from my me i wish you have wonderful and safe ride! one last word…a request…please wear a helmet for your safety!

Buying experience was not at all satisfying as the dealer was too rude and was with full of attitude. Riding is great gear shifts are too smooth it gives you a premium bike feeling while riding. Looks probably the best in class. Performance could have been better if the power figures would have been 23-25 PSI. But decent performance for daily commutes. Excellent experience in city riding out on highway I wish i could have a 6th gear and Liquid cooling. From the day i bought my bike i am deeply and madly in love it.Its looks are totally stunning and are inspired from ducati streetfighter, front which gives it a very masculine look. Its drls are simply amazing, along with the all digital instrument console. The bike's ride height and seat comfort is also really good.It has really got an very awesome exhaust note with bass.I have rode the bike on nh-1 from delhi to karnal few days back and the experience on this bike was really priceless.Talking about the performance of the bike, the low range is filled with full and high range struggles if you are riding it above 120. I took the bike to a top speed of 135 on my first attempt and will be breaking it very soon. The bike's mileage will really good when you compare with other 200cc bikes in the market.I am in love with its matte syrah red colour. For handling and cornering this is the perfect bike for beginners and i am learning it myself too on this bike. There is nothing bad which i felt about this bike. This is the best 200cc bike available in the indian market right now.

A fantastic motorcycle by tvs definitely a comeback bike which saw tvs correct their mistakes with the previous rtr models. Here are my list of pros and cons of this bike after 1 year of ownership
pros:
1) value for money
2) good low and mid range power
3) has the best console and user display
4) classic naked street fighter design perfect for indian conditions . Good build quality
5) superb service and customer care from tvs (at least from my personal experience)
cons:
1) lacks the extra torque and bhp along with 6th gear which the 200ns offers
2) not at all suited for tall riders, feels cramped after about 50kms
3) terrible mileage
4)abs models might never get launched, and lacks some hardware
5) oil cooling is a bit of a drawback and the gear indicator malfunctions at times

This machine is truly a beast. So far the immense power and great swiftness of the bike is amazing. The looks in real are more amazing and reflects the true beast within. The led lamps the tail lamp are awesome and is a high-tech bike loaded with immense features . The suspension, tyres are great, comfortable riding experience but service charge is little bit more i think.

It is a good bike in this price point. It is a budget racing bike. Looks muscular due to the large petrol tank. Mileage is very bad consumes lot of fuel. Pickup is superb like racing bike. You should have to buy this bike if your budget is around 90000. Take test drive its a nice bike from my opinion.
Thank you

I bought tvs apache rtr 2004v in march 2017 with an extremely attractive on road price of 1.08lacs on road in jodhpur,
This bike is very good option for commuting and short trips as it provides comfortable riding position and good in class mileage.
The bikes give good feel and power delivery at rear wheel, ride quality is good too.
This bike being a aggressive form factor requires regular services and if not provided with the throttle response slowly gets down and peak power too simultaneously.
Overall a good bike and now the fi variant is also available with abs as standard so quite a good option to go for. #ridesafe #wearhelmet

Love this tvs beast. Linear power delivery . Tvs has maintained its unique exhaust sound in all rtr series . At the time of delivery faced a little problem regarding worn clutch also the oil level started dropping after 500 km run .. Soon they examined overall bike and repaired in warranty . Plastic quality lacks in terms of the other bikes..... There is also an issue of chair boo which further the company told it is regular in all bikes . They recommended me lubricate once in two week . Best for long rides up-to 3 hours journey or 250 km the has well maintained its paint job .. . The company offered tvs remora tyres stock .The tyre quality is good and maintains its grip while turning at high speed .Overall i love my bike and planning for rr310

For washing use mild soap .or use Moto max car shampoo for polish of matte surface use Moto max rubbing compound and at last for detailing you can use Moto max protection spray .. for plastic and matte surface body

Servicing was okish not sooo good not so bad it is surely affordable Pros - Best in class looksExhaust Notegearboxlinear power deliverygreat agilityCons -Rear Disk makes a quenching noise while breakingLack of Liquid cooling and 6th gearLess powerful engine than competitionVibrations on foot pegs and handle bar post 6000RPM.

A comprehensive unbiased review of why you should or shouldn't buy this motorcycle

Buy the model with Pirelli tyres and Abs. Change the engine oil and filter after your first service and always I recommend speed. And keep peeping into the braking oil.
