Buying experience - Chennai on road price is 115580/- but they are charging hefty amount on charger cable. Simple charger cable with industrial socket they have priced it as Rs.8260 which should be priced only Rs.2000/- to Rs.3000/-. Tvs has maintained vehicle price equal to competitor but huge margin in chargers and accessories.
Ride comfort with pillion is good and it can be used only for fixed distance usage, like only commuting to office and back to home.
When 100% charged vehicle pick up is good and top speed achieved under power mode 84 km/h, in eco mode top speed is only 52 kmh. But when the power is at less than 70%, eco mode top speed is 44 to 46 km/h only. As per my experience under combination eco & power mode 68% and 32% respectively, the range achieved is 71.9 km with balance 9% charge which shows distance to empty is 7km so approx. total range is 78.9 km. The above range is with regenerative option but we could not see how much regenerative power generated in %, app do not provide any data
Very poor app design and bt connectivity issue continues and reports are not generated for a selected period.
Unnecessarily head light is permanently "on", even thought there is one drl, horn sound is worst and not good. They should provide ntorq horn which is louder and good.
Charging time is huge and it takes 6 hours to charge from 9% to 100%, tvs should come out with replaceable battery at least for the under seat battery so we can buy one spare battery and we can use it as reserve power back up option.
The app should provide the details for every trip how much power % consumed and while charging it should provide how much units consumed for every charge
Servicing and maintenance experience not able to comment we have wait and watch, tvs should provide improvements as stated above once they fix the issue to all existing customers especially removable battery option.

Never go for TVS expecting the same standard as their petrol vehicles.
Worst service and vehicle simply stop while driving and service people will make you wait for 4 to 5 hours on the road, if you on big town maybe you just need to wait for 3 to 4 hours like me
The vehicle is not reliable, you can just use it for short distance usage like less than 5 km. Because we don't know when will it stop on the road.
For women and elders, it is really difficult as it may stop at any time on the road.
If you have more money to do some trial and error and you are always free to wait on the road, you may try Iqube

I bought iQube in Nov 2023. I’m writing this review after riding 2000+ kms.
    Pros: 1)No hassle for petrol.
2)No noise makes it feel good while driving.
    3) 100 km per charge.
    4) It still drives even if the charging reaches 0% to reach our destination.
    Cons: Suddenly stops in between.
    1)No service center nearby.
2)Sometimes, it does not start after servicing.
    3) The reverse button also does not work when needed after the servicing. Previously it was working fine.
4)Needs to improve suspension as it does not feel smooth after running 1k kms.

Last year I bought iqube s, one month ago its battery is gone and it is not charging after another month now its motor doesn't work and the rear wheel is not moving. I have contacted to service centre they said no to come home and repair it. So I have to send a vehicle to the service centre by RSA for that I have paid 1200 rupees. So make a wise decision just don't buy it.

  • Terrible Experience with TVS iQube S

    Shanoof

After a year of using the TVS iQube S, I’ve faced constant issues that have made owning this scooter a nightmare. The battery started failing just a year in, when I took it to the Thrissur service centre in Kuriyichira, they kept the scooter for an entire month to sort out the issue. Shortly after getting it back, yet another problem arose. When I returned to the service centre, they assured me it was fixed, but just four days later, the scooter broke down again in the middle of the highway. I called the service centre for help, but they simply told me to bring it back myself, without offering any road assistance. This experience has highlighted the poor performance, excessive service delays, and lack of reliable support for this scooter. I wouldn’t recommend the TVS iQube S to anyone considering an electric scooter.

I bought Iqube on nov -23 , and within 2 months there was the issue of the scooter suddenly stopping in the middle of the road, went to the service centre they solved it by saying there was a loose connection, but after some time got another issue battery drains too fast but auto resolved, in September 2024 scooter totally stops, then I send it to the service centre by towing van, since my scooter is in the service centre, service centre team say there is a battery issue. I have 5 5-year warranty on the battery but the service team says that replacement batteries is not available with tvs company because there is a shortage of batteries, if there is a shortage how company sell new TVs IQube to customers where they get batteries for new scooters. Please don't buy tvs iqube is the worst scooter ever, and the worst service by tvs, go buy honda activa instead of this garbage.
Almost lost my hard-earned money 150000/ on this garbage. After mailing many times, no proper reply from them.

The UG Vehicle zeros down the speed in the middle of the ride..! Even after one complaint was raised they said the issue is fixed but the technical glitch remain the same. Not up to mark I don't even know if they will fix the issue anyway the experience is not great.
Also, the range is not as promised after 50% the range falls rapidly.

  • Can just use it for short distance usage

    Saran

Never go for TVS expecting the same standard as their petrol vehicles.
Worst service and vehicle simply stop while driving and service people will make you wait for 4 to 5 hours on the road, if you on big town maybe you just need to wait for 3 to 4 hours like me
The vehicle is not reliable, you can just use it for short distance usage like less than 5 km. Because we don't know when will it stop on the road.
For women and elders, it is really difficult as it may stop at any time on the road.
If you have more money to do some trial and error and you are always free to wait on the road, you may try Iqube

  • Needs lot of improvement

    Jagruti

  • Good EV I ever seen

    Guru

It is a good EV, with a good riding range, all features are excellent, the break is so good, the seat height is good and the headlamps are also good and gorgeous looks like a premium scooter I have ever seen in this price range. Good service is given, and behaviour is also good.

    Balasubramaniam

Don't buy TVS IQUBE full of fault..waste of money and bad service experience. I bought Icube last Nov 23 it's been 6 months since it suddenly stopped riding. I gave to service they took 1 month for that problem then it will run 1 month again the same problem..now also they took 1 month still they didn't deliver my scooter..so don't buy TVS IQUBE better you go with other brands. It'll disturb my work so much.

  • Good but little bit range

    Naveen

Totally value for the money but the range should be 100 is no problem, 5k or 10k rate increase but the 100 range is very good, but totally ok and totally great performance changing speed also good be the main thing is the range and the power mode. We have only 60b km not get 70 this a, lso includes a reason.
