Good vehicle but service is poor for all I service centers all over India. My better issue but more than one month not resolved my problem.So please don't waste money please go for another company. Rude behavior for all staff and regional management.Not resolve the problem.

The buying process is bad as you have to book online make full payment in advance, and then submit documents after that they get a registered scooter in your name after that you get your scooter it almost takes 1 month for all this. Riding is ok not so comfortable. Look wise as all scooters no special thing to mention. Performance ok as the battery drains fast while riding double seat. Worst experience ever when you buy they don't tell that when your scooter broke it will take almost one and half month to get it to repair as service center don't have spare parts of your scooter, at time of sale they say, sir, the service center is just behind the showroom you will get service very fast, Pros NoneConsNo proper battery backupNo after-sale serviceNo availability of spare partsNot reliable scooter as you will face most problems within 1 year of purchase

To bad at servicing and maintenance they give service appointments after 1 month and also don't repair instant any problem you have they take 10 days for that ...we have only one bike for daily travel if they take this time how can we manage this stuff in daily busy schedules...also they r taking extra charges for repairing purpose

The customer executive was not good once after booking they ignored my calls and manager was rude,In the specification, 0-100 Charging time is 4:30 Hrs but the actual time is 7Hrs i have been using it daily the range is only 80km in Economy mode and 52km in Power mode. In double riding, it makes noises and sudden power cut-off issues.

Rear Rim bent when bought within 6 months.The insurance company denies the claim they think this is a manufacturing fault or faulty tire design. After their rejection of the claim team TVs stand silent in front of the company surveyor. None of them helped the rear rim is just around 40000rs only excluding labor charges. Don't be a part of the TVS experiment friends go for a scooter that doesn't have a hub motor.Very upset.

The sensors stopped working suddenly I had to call 3 different numbers for TVS service to pick up the vehicle and still they did not come also motor bends every 6 months worst scooter in the market @tvsiqube worst service scooter it's a total loss of money buying this vehicleNever buy this vehicle you'll regret buying it

We got this in March 2023. In just 1.5 years 2 times battery was replaced by the company for free just takes 1500 rs as a service charge. Each time 1 month service center takes time to wait for replacement battery issues by tvs iqube & 200 of also wait for their for replacement.We are just driving 20 km daily personal drive.

From the dealer side experience is very good, they delivered Scooty on time and all the accessories have been installed from them, The Riding experience has been wonderful, on a traditional motor vehicle you feel tired with Electric you feel that you keep on driving it. As there is no sound.Service and maintenance is not much compared to motor vehicles as the battery is the main source here. Only brake fluids need to be refilled and normal wear and tear of tires,Pros:1. Comfortable to ride 2. Good pick-up and brakes give confidence3. The horn sound is good4. The design is normal like other scooters in the market you do not feel odd.Cons:1. No cashback has been received by TVS yet.2. When you start the scooty it will take 6-7 sec to start driving it.3. No electric switch to turn off the lights as they are being consumed unnecessarily in the morning time, though it is a norm to be followed by all two-wheelers now

Worst experience with TVS iQube S

My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within just 1 year and 4 months, the accelerator jammed, leaving me stranded and forcing me to take the vehicle to the showroom at my own expense. That was just the beginning. A month later, the battery developed a problem, and now I've been without my two-wheeler for over three weeks. Battery life was just 1 1/2 years for this vehicle.The service has been slow and unhelpful, and I’m deeply disappointed with the reliability of this vehicle. What’s the point of investing in an electric scooter if it fails you so soon? I expected better from TVS, but unfortunately, I’ve been left with nothing but regret. Would not recommend it.

I purchased iQube last September. 2 times Battery failed. No proper response from the service center. They keep the vehicle for more than 15 days, it's a big problem. We all should ask the company to take back these scooters and provide us our money back as it is a total loss of our money, time, and patience. I trusted the name TVS but it's my major mistake

The buying experience was terrible, and so were the services. The bike's build quality is good but not the hub motor and other associated components. The bad tire and auto switch off and the parking mode never worked. Many quality control tests are needed to fix the issues. The range and charging options are good. Seats are fitted poorly and the quality of seats is very flimsy.

The buying process is bad as you have to book online make full payment in advance, and then submit documents after that they get a registered scooter in your name after that you get your scooter it almost takes 1 month for all this. Riding is ok not so comfortable. Look wise as all scooters no special thing to mention. Performance ok as the battery drains fast while riding double seat. Worst experience ever when you buy they don't tell that when your scooter broke it will take almost one and half month to get it to repair as service center don't have spare parts of your scooter, at time of sale they say, sir, the service center is just behind the showroom you will get service very fast, Pros NoneConsNo proper battery backupNo after-sale serviceNo availability of spare partsNot reliable scooter as you will face most problems within 1 year of purchase

To bad at servicing and maintenance they give service appointments after 1 month and also don't repair instant any problem you have they take 10 days for that ...we have only one bike for daily travel if they take this time how can we manage this stuff in daily busy schedules...also they r taking extra charges for repairing purpose

Good vehicle

The customer executive was not good once after booking they ignored my calls and manager was rude,In the specification, 0-100 Charging time is 4:30 Hrs but the actual time is 7Hrs i have been using it daily the range is only 80km in Economy mode and 52km in Power mode. In double riding, it makes noises and sudden power cut-off issues.

Rear Rim bent when bought within 6 months.The insurance company denies the claim they think this is a manufacturing fault or faulty tire design. After their rejection of the claim team TVs stand silent in front of the company surveyor. None of them helped the rear rim is just around 40000rs only excluding labor charges. Don't be a part of the TVS experiment friends go for a scooter that doesn't have a hub motor.Very upset.

The sensors stopped working suddenly I had to call 3 different numbers for TVS service to pick up the vehicle and still they did not come also motor bends every 6 months worst scooter in the market @tvsiqube worst service scooter it's a total loss of money buying this vehicleNever buy this vehicle you'll regret buying it

Never purchase after 2 year it's zero investment

We got this in March 2023. In just 1.5 years 2 times battery was replaced by the company for free just takes 1500 rs as a service charge. Each time 1 month service center takes time to wait for replacement battery issues by tvs iqube & 200 of also wait for their for replacement.We are just driving 20 km daily personal drive.

No one even changes your punctured tire. After 10 to 15 shops you will someone but they charge too much. No mechanic in the local area who will even touch this bill shit.

From the dealer side experience is very good, they delivered Scooty on time and all the accessories have been installed from them, The Riding experience has been wonderful, on a traditional motor vehicle you feel tired with Electric you feel that you keep on driving it. As there is no sound.Service and maintenance is not much compared to motor vehicles as the battery is the main source here. Only brake fluids need to be refilled and normal wear and tear of tires,Pros:1. Comfortable to ride 2. Good pick-up and brakes give confidence3. The horn sound is good4. The design is normal like other scooters in the market you do not feel odd.Cons:1. No cashback has been received by TVS yet.2. When you start the scooty it will take 6-7 sec to start driving it.3. No electric switch to turn off the lights as they are being consumed unnecessarily in the morning time, though it is a norm to be followed by all two-wheelers now

Make sure you charge it when you are left with 20 kms battery as you do not know next day where you will take for ride. Please ensure that you do not take your scooty into big pits as it can cause physical damage to motor.

Worst experience with TVS iQube S

My experience has been nothing short of frustrating. Within just 1 year and 4 months, the accelerator jammed, leaving me stranded and forcing me to take the vehicle to the showroom at my own expense. That was just the beginning. A month later, the battery developed a problem, and now I've been without my two-wheeler for over three weeks. Battery life was just 1 1/2 years for this vehicle.The service has been slow and unhelpful, and I’m deeply disappointed with the reliability of this vehicle. What’s the point of investing in an electric scooter if it fails you so soon? I expected better from TVS, but unfortunately, I’ve been left with nothing but regret. Would not recommend it.

I purchased iQube last September. 2 times Battery failed. No proper response from the service center. They keep the vehicle for more than 15 days, it's a big problem. We all should ask the company to take back these scooters and provide us our money back as it is a total loss of our money, time, and patience. I trusted the name TVS but it's my major mistake

Better quality checks missing.

The buying experience was terrible, and so were the services. The bike's build quality is good but not the hub motor and other associated components. The bad tire and auto switch off and the parking mode never worked. Many quality control tests are needed to fix the issues. The range and charging options are good. Seats are fitted poorly and the quality of seats is very flimsy.
