User Review of iQube by Ramaganesh

I bought Iqube on nov -23 , and within 2 months there was the issue of the scooter suddenly stopping in the middle of the road, went to the service centre they solved it by saying there was a loose connection, but after some time got another issue battery drains too fast but auto resolved, in September 2024 scooter totally stops, then I send it to the service centre by towing van, since my scooter is in the service centre, service centre team say there is a battery issue. I have 5 5-year warranty on the battery but the service team says that replacement batteries is not available with tvs company because there is a shortage of batteries, if there is a shortage how company sell new TVs IQube to customers where they get batteries for new scooters. Please don't buy tvs iqube is the worst scooter ever, and the worst service by tvs, go buy honda activa instead of this garbage.
Almost lost my hard-earned money 150000/ on this garbage. After mailing many times, no proper reply from them.

Very nice fantastic and good service give to good service prakriti TVS very nice marble s very nice road grip very nice and battery pick up and very nice looking brake system is very nice road rupees very nice future is very nice gadi looking also very nice beautiful and give the beautiful service.

This Scotty is dashing for someone but not everyone enjoys it, the service experience is so decent, but the Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t work! from the start, but overall the Scotty is worth buying, I bought it from the TVS showroom in Dhamtari Chhattisgarh.
The Scotty is somewhat good, it looks like it’s a family Scotty for everyday rides.

This is always the situation. The tube is always a complaint. It's been 6 months since Unique was purchased and the battery is compliant. Now even after a month, the tube has not been repaired and when I call the showroom they don't pick up the phone. If they take calls randomly, they behave very badly(Kottayam tvs staff). And the service of the tube is very bad

I bought I Qube on 24th July from day one the scooter has been giving me trouble while riding suddenly the buzzer noise will come and the speed is reduced to 20 kms in the middle of Chennai traffic even in short distances not less than four to five times the problem arises. The real mileage I am getting is 45 to 48 Kms in eco mode and driving speed of 35 km/hr. The dealer cannot rectify this issue the vehicle has done only 360 kms and is 2 months old 2 times went to service and kept in service for more than 7 days. but the issue is continuing. Horrible I never expected this type of product from the house of TVS

After riding for around 200 km, iQube started giving warning symbols and a beep sound. With the warning sign, it won't go beyond 22 KM speed. Called the TVS Shelar person in Pune from where iQube was purchased as it seemed that the faulty vehicle was delivered. However, the response was to take the vehicle to the service center. The same response from TVS customer service. No explanation or suggestion on how to take the vehicle to the service center.
Overall considering the issue with the new vehicle and the attitude of tvs staff, I will highly not recommend this vehicle.
