Gives mileage of only 20-25 kms/l. Handling is superb and pickup is also the best in the industry. The only problem is it gives really poor mileage even after very good maintenance. I have been riding the TVS Ntorq for close to 6 months and have driven it for 6000+ km. I must say that it is one of the best-looking scooters in the market in this category specifically the 'black Panther edition.
    1. buying experience: 4.5/5: my dealership was polite asked me about the budget and my use case and then provided me with options. they were helpful and the documentation was also quick.
    2. riding experience: 4/5: for a single rider with a normal build it is good, it's sporty, and its front suspension is stiff but not too stiff to get you annoyed in speed breakers. The major con is riding with a pillion; because there is very little space. But since it's a sports Scotter buyers should keep that in mind its ergonomics are more sporty.
    3. performance: 4.5/5: its torque especially in race XP is very good, it can overtake almost any vehicle in city traffic with ease. its high speed is also good I touched 108kmph there also it feels stable and the braking has enough stopping power to stop it quickly.
    4. servicing: 4/5: I may be too harsh on cutting points here because of only one reason and that is its polishing quality. otherwise, the mechanics are well-trained and will ask you whether to do any optional service that might not be necessary at that time. e.g. I didn't need engine oil replacement in 3rd service so they asked whether to do it or not.

After 1 year of daily use of approximately 10 km per day, The battery needs to be charged again and again. There is a problem with the kick also it takes 20-30 kicks to start 2 times we visited the service center... They cost us a labor charge. but there is no improvement...
Look wise is best but function you should think twice about buying it

The Ntorq is a fun scooter that is aimed at the young buyer looking to upgrade from the Honda Dio. It tries to achieve that by being desirable on the looks and features front, and fun on the performance front. It does manage to do that, and more than the competition like the Grazia. Who wants fun riding don’t hesitate please go for it.

  • The weight is masked beautifully and actually gives confidence the faster you go.

    Sasikumar

An exhaust that sounded like nothing on any other scooter at the time.
Actual telescopic suspension forks in the front (not the T-type) give a very balanced ride quality.
Chunky 12-inch diamond cut (what on earth does that even mean?) alloy wheels with 110/80 tyres front AND back. Again, the competition was giving much smaller tyres and the Burgman which came later gave a 12 in wheel only at the rear, or was it the front? I'm confident of being 50% right.
The aforementioned parts made it the heaviest scooter of the time at 116 kg but the weight is masked beautifully and actually gives confidence the faster you go. You can maintain silly speeds all day long and it can go wherever you look. That's how flickable it is.
A very very rev-happy engine. Incredible fun to ride. Has a power and eco mode depending on how hard you're wringing the throttle. It's really difficult to stay in eco mode

I bought my NTORQ 2 years ago, I didn't find any problems except one issue that is if you give throttle aggressively an annoying sound will begin and the service people say to not give acceleration roughly. I loved the vehicle but I kinda faced discomfort with the service as their service was not so worth it.

The scooty troubled me in starting with the starting problem. When this happened I struggled to take it to the showroom which is 50 km away from my village They said it was a battery problem and fixed that. Take care of battery problems and all over it is good. I liked it but keep colors extra in the showroom. Thankyou.

Thankyou.

  • Very good scooty in 125cc segment

  • Battery issue

    Nikita

After 1 year of daily use of approximately 10 km per day, The battery needs to be charged again and again. There is a problem with the kick also it takes 20-30 kicks to start 2 times we visited the service center... They cost us a labor charge. but there is no improvement...
Look wise is best but function you should think twice about buying it
