It'S A Better Option For Commercial Use

First of all I thought of buying other like Miso and easy plus, but my requirements weren't met, so I bought it for approx 51000 and trust me it's worth it for those shop owners who are buying their first bike and I strongly believe that it is a value for money for a guy like me(the shop owner) , I am a shop owner and I do have to travel a daily of 30-40km, it's been almost 2 years and it didn't disappoint me rather than the small tank, it takes at least 0.5 liter which is amazing as told by the company, the XL 100 comes equipped with drum brakes of the size 110 mm on the front and the rear. The drum brakes provide decent feedback and bite and are efficient considering the weight and power of the moped. Simply superb moped with best features in the market available now Thank you TVS motors for providing such moped for low price it is very useful economical for all the public and especially for the people who live in rural areas and remote areas as it gives good mileage and low maintenance. As to its reliability, the handling is very stable and can be used for off-road rides as well. the only thing because I gave it a rating of 4/5 is because it has a small capacity tank. But it is not meant for high speeds on highways, as at higher rpm the engine feels stressed. It is best when carrying loads at medium speeds. There is a nicer Winner Edition model that comes with a few visual upgrades such as a metal footboard, dual-tone seat with a quilted pattern, beige bodywork, and chrome mirror and exhaust shield. and build quality is not that much good but a solid 9/10, however, I did not know that many technical specs but know a little bit after buying it, and talking about the capacity of the load is enough for me like 65-85 kgs are easily considerable and It needs maintenance and I always took it to maintenance, but however its the best option for low budget bike only for commercial purpose, forever 1-2 months. talking about pros and cons:- PROS:-1. Good Build Quality 9/102. Better Riding Experience3. Value For Money 4. Avg Milage For Every Litre Of Petrol Is 60-65Km.5. The 16-inch Spoke Wheels Are Supported By Twin Hydraulic Springs In The Back Makes It More Comfortable6. Comes With An I Touch Start Which Is Pretty Cool7. Lights Are Good Enough In Low Light ConditionsCONS:-1. Tires Could Have Been A More Wider. For A Better Grip2. Fuel Tank Is Too Small 4 Litres Only (Disappointed) 3. Look Wise Not Good 4. pickup is not too good5. Only Recommend For Commercial UseConclusion- it's a good option to be considered, highly recommend it if you own a shop or have commercial use.

Tvs xl 100 heavy duty - a powerful workhorse in a small body
2 years ago

Review of tvs xl 100 heavy duty i-touch 2022 bsvi edition:-Bought the tvs xl 100 heavy duty on 2 january 2022. At first, we had thought of buying a scooter like the tvs jupiter or ntorq, but due to rising vehicle prices, increasing petrol price and low budget, we finally decided to buy the tvs xl 100. Another actor was that our main purpose was to carry materials on the vehicle for our shop. The buying experience was good. The tvs showroom was large and had a very good selection of bikes and scooters of all variants. We were shown different models of the xl 100, and we decided to buy the heavy-duty i-touch start variant after a test ride. The showroom people were very cooperative, and the documentation process was smooth. Only aadhaar card and two copies of photos were needed for this purpose. The only thing that we need to keep in mind is to check the vehicle that will be delivered to us, before signing the documents and paying. We paid fully in cash as we did not think that instalments would benefit us for this relatively low-cost vehicle. We rode back home in the vehicle after completing the buying formalities. Now I will describe the looks of the tvs xl 100 heavy duty. It is a very simple vehicle with simple aesthetics. On the front, there are daytime running lights (drl) below the front headlight. The front headlight itself is round, retro-styled with a halogen lamp. There is a pair of flexible halogen turn indicators. The front suspension is telescopic hydraulic spring type and has a rubberised coating to protect it from dust and dirt. The front mudguard has a glossy black metallic look. There is also a synchronised braking system that acts similar to combi-braking. There is a pair of leg guards also. The front wheel is a 16-inch spoke wheel with a chrome finish and has 2.50-16 tube tyre. The fuel tank is of 4 litre capacity and has the “tvs” logo in colourful graphics. The base of the vehicle is made of good quality, sturdy fibre that is designed to carry heavy loads. There is a glove box to store the vehicle papers and tool kit. The base has “xl 100 heavy-duty,” “et-fi” and “i-touch” stickers which make it quite attractive. The vehicle has a 99.7 cc air-cooled et-fi engine with a capacity for 800 ml of engine oil. It has a good looking matte-black muffler on the exhaust. There are also metallic footrests for the pillion. There is a side stand and the main stand. The rear side has a swing arm with adjustable hydraulic shock type suspension. It also has a hook with a handle on the side to hang or tie weights or bags. The rear wheel is a 16 inch spoke wheel with 2.50-16 rear tube tyre. It has a halogen tail-light, halogen turn indicators and a reflector. There are 110 mm drum brakes in the front and back. The seat consists of two split seats with comfortable cushions. The seats are long and wide. We get along carrier if the rear seat is removed, which helps to carry heavy bags. The grab handles at the back of the seat are strong and can be used to tie heavy bags. The handle has an i-touch start button on the right handle that starts the engine by pressing the brake. There is a rod between the handle that has a hook for hanging weighty bags. The instrument cluster is a simple one with an analogue speedometer and odometer.Coming to comfort and performance, the vehicle offers a seating position that is upright and very comfortable. The footpeg position is good. The handlebar setup is narrow and is very useful while manoeuvring in traffic with heavy loads. The suspension is perfect and small bumps and potholes are not felt. It is especially helpful while carrying heavyweights as we need the vehicle to be stable. The drum brakes are average but are acceptable considering its low cost and small build. The vehicle feels very lightweight at 89 kg kerb weight. Initial pickup is quite good and is useful when carrying loads. Very good performance at low speeds, but when we accelerate, vibrations can be felt in the handlebar and foot-peg. The exhaust note sounds very good at high speeds, in spite of a slightly odd feeling due to its lightweight. As to its reliability, the handling is very stable and can be used for off-road rides as well. But it is not meant for high speeds on highways, as at higher rpm the engine feels stressed. It is best when carrying loads at medium speeds. The service and maintenance costs are very low as there are no extra fancy add-ons on the vehicle. The body is built of good quality material and needs very little maintenance. To tell the truth, it is a strong and rugged little vehicle. The tvs xl 100 heavy-duty has some very useful extra features like the i-touch start button, a rod between the handle with a hook for hanging weighty bags, strong grab handles at the back of the seat that can be used to tie heavy bags, a hook with a handle on the side to hang or tie weights or bags, low-fuel indicator, error indicator, engine indicator, turn indicator and headlight indicator on the instrument cluster and et-fi (fuel injection technology) that helps to reduce fuel costs by increasing the mileage. The positive points of the vehicle are that it is very light-weight, highly manoeuvrable, and is suitable for people who have to carry heavy weights or who have low height or old age people. It has a good mileage of about 60-65 km/litre. It can be used to carry heavy weights (the company claims upto 130 kg). On the other hand, the negative points of this vehicle are that it has very basic looks, has a low fuel tank capacity of only 4 litres, the power output and torque are low and the tyres are not wide. However, given its low price point, it is the perfect vehicle for people who just want to commute or carry heavy loads. It is a very bare-bone machine with no unnecessary cosmetic add-ons to keep the cost down. It has all we need to get the work done. It helps to get ahead in life even when we do not have much money to buy higher-priced bikes.
