Very poor service center in Mumbai...I have given my um renegade commando bike from almost 20 days back and received in 3 days after servicing. Very next i gave my bike back to the servicing center because after servicing my bike stops everywhere continuously. Now from almost 20 days i am following with service dept of um motors but i don't get any satisfactory reply. They say we are awaiting for some parts and will take more time. How many days more should i suffer because of their bad service and response. Trust me i was very fan of um but now after the response from UM team i am really disappointed. Hope i will get my bike back at the earliest.

I have renegade commando and i bought this bike 7 months ago. Good people and very cooperative behaviour. And the experience with this hunk is excellent. Comfortable and smooth ride.Mileage is also good at approx 30kmpl. Cushioning of seat is very comfortable. I had some small issues with the headlight. However they are solved now. Definitely a head turner because wherever i go people stop and ask me about the details of my bike.

Buying and riding exp.-- i am not satisfied because i am facing a serious issues with the engine;1. Engine noise.2. Change in engine sound/beat with mid-high acceleration (half the throttle)3. If i keep/ expose the bike in/to sun for 2 min, ignition is not working (i.E engine is not starting) -- starting problem once it is engine stopped in mid of traffic.4. Low pickup 6. Very poor mileage (20kmpl).Looks wise it is very great.Performance is okay for me; expecting more than current, as i have exp. In riding other renegade bikes.Service and maintenance; i don't think in hyderabad, we have specialised mechanics for um bikes, they are not able to solve problems (like starting problems).

Since it’s new to the market i was having some difficulties to cope with dealer in tamilnadu. I booked the machine while i was in saudi. However i managed to reached out the kovai um dealer and he was supportive to get it done.I did not had a test drive even just i had to trust the dealer response and advise.

The bike was delivered last night and i had spent additional inr 12, 000 to deliver at my home town through care service due to cyclone in tamilnadu

I have run this bike at maximum speed at the rate of 152km/hr.

I feel special with this unique machine. Feel so special while travelling in my city.

owning this machine from 5th oct 2017 rode 14000 km. very disappointing in starting with minor major problems but when it crosse 10000 kms then it has stopped giving problems. .but now real problems are appearing. ..Dealerships are closing and even the UML.INDIA website is also closed...now worried what will happen to all UM owners..money wasted..or what...

Great, i love the bike, the comfort and the appearance of the bike is top notch, everyone is looking back when i am riding my bike in, it gives me a feeling that i am riding a great, this bike is the best option that you can get in this price range but if you are willing to get another bike then i will tell you to think of this once.

I love every thing about this bike. Um is a big brand providing such rides at reasonable prices. I've just fallen in love with this bike.

One of my friends own the commando model and its pretty awesome .

Visual appeal the thing which i love the most about this bike. You can have this bike for all kinds of uses. Its very comfortable.

It's a total wastage of money .Lots and lots of issues in this bike , no response from service centre. Every fortnight i need to go to service centre for heating problem. At-last it is not a bike it's workshop of problems only .Try not to purchase this bike unless you want to waste your resources on it .
