Me & my friend had a real bad experience with vespa on 28th oct 2018 night whilst returning back home. My vehicle's back wheel tyre just went flat while i was riding & applying break didn't help. Since it was a gravel road, we fell off the bike dragging ourselves to a certain distance. Both me & my friend were left with bruises & pain all over the body. Later the next morning when i took the bike to a puncture shop did i learn that there weren't any holes on the tyre that might've lead to the puncture. When the tyre was opened to see what might've caused the flat tyre, it came as a shocker to see a bent metallic key which was found inside the tyre. This bent key was inside the tyre ever since i had bought the bike early this year. Just 6 months that i have bought this bike & this key has been there ever since then. I was been given a manufacturing defective vehicle. This key had busted the rubber tube which was inside the tyre. On 30th noon when i had taken my bike to avanish piaggio - vespa & aprilia dealer in bangalore, the service guy just threw the bent key which i showed. He said that it's not vespa's fault & blamed it on mrf tyre. I was shocked & worried about the entire incident at that point of time. They charged me 2,950.00/- to replace the head light & to fix the paint & side rim of the bike. But there are still few things which hasn't been fixed yet.The whole point in me reaching the vespa customer care is that when a customer spends his hard earned money in buying something expensive which is out of his reach & buy's the best in the market, it would definitely be after looking at the reviews & the feedback given by other customers. It's also due to the brand, quality & safety. When such an incident occurs how could anyone rely on vespa? whom do you expect me to blame? am i supposed to blame myself for having chosen vespa blindly by its brand? why the hell don't you guy's check the quality of the vehicle? i bought the bike from vespa not from mrf to blame it on them. I bought a bike assuming that vespa would stand assurance of the spare parts included in it that includes the tyres as well. How stupid of vespa it is to do the blame game on the tyre manufacturer. Don't you check the quality of your spare parts? I would've lost my life had this incident occurred on a highway or had it happened on a road with traffic. I would never advise any person to go for vespa henceforth, as an experience of this kind is something that i had never heard from customers who have bikes from other companies. Shame on vespa!! my reviews had been good till this experience of mine but hereafter i would highly recommend customers to get their life insurance done before choosing vespa bikes!

    In pondicherry service center near by 100 feet rto the branch showroom.. Very poor service with bikes..Not able to service good .. We give lot time also they not doing properly in this branch worst service in this branch please appoint one good serviceman to do good service for customer.. This branch person all waste they are not able to work in this company send out and keep working people worst service and company i never saw like this in pondicherry.

    If you purchase then you have to cry.
    Don't purchase any model of Vespa Piaggio.
    The company is interested only in sales.
    They are not interested to give service & repair.
    No one is giving answers to the customer's email.
    The company has no policy for servicing.
    No, authorised service centres.
    My request don't purchase vespa.

    1. Extra side wheels are not given free with the bike.
    2. It does not account for potholes and bumps.
    3. It looks good. But could be better. Hire an artist.
    4. A certificate should be provided along with a booklet.
    5. Pros: like a child's dream come true. Cons: not that safe.
    6. Training and driver's license should be given with the bike.

    1. Greasing and petrol should be done regularly. 2. Side wheels should not be removed at any cost. 3. A tiffin box and water bottle should be kept inside the seat. 4. Helmet should be hung on one side of the scooter handle. 5. Light switch and last battery reserve should be checked. 5. Cover should be put before rainy days.

    Nothing is professional except a good product in monkeys' hands. No one knows their work. Servicing is the worst i have ever seen. Porur center is closed in Chennai.Jmb motors service center at asho pillar is taking 6 days to do a normal service. The servicing personnel is seen wandering and sitting mostly, not keen on doing work this shows management is in bad hands. After normal serving only many problems started, i think either they do not do their work properly or stealing spares for sure petrol ( now rs110) for sure stolen from my Vespa scooter.No more noise, pulling on one side so I get neck pain, no speedo cable available or red tail lamp available, knocking of the engine is there increasing day by day. The mechanic's eyes were staring at me when I took the vehicle indicating many things.. Bad experience with a good scooter. no one wants to see you there in service centers. No follow-up calls also. I hope the company will close in this stiff competition. My advice is to do not buy Vespa scooters.

  • If you have more money for maintenance then opt for vespa

    Servicing and maintenance is key factor for any vehicle and that's terrible with vespa .1. Spares cost are very high (compares with scooter sector budget)2. Selective service center so long waiting time and poor servicing which literally affect your ride quality3. Most of the time not sure whether they are really changing the parts for which they are charging and they won't let you see what they do4. Maintenances is costly and not worthy instead we could maintain a hatchback car in place of this.

    Poor build quality, bad service centres , no after sales, the guys not able to deliver the scooter at doorstep, my fate to have a vespa, keep vespa as a showcase element, please don't be cheated , honda activa, dio, yamaha scooters, tvs jupiter , is far better than vespa, only the thing vespa is keeping Italian style , but the engine and service is worst.

    I have purchased the vehicle on 24.10.2019 and paid the accessories cost also.But till 14.11.2019 the seat cover,foot mat and hand grips are pending even multiple times visited the show room.We respect the brand of vespa and so that paid high amount.But this is not the way of handling of customer.I left the vehicle at the service station on 14.11.2019 and i will not take the vehicle till the issue is resolve. As a branded company i need to know the quality indicators of customer care.

    I have been riding vespa past few years , service cost is literally high compared to other bikes , we can't find any spare parts outside . Pathetic service centers , can't give customer satisfaction even after paying high service price , my suggestion is to never go for such brands which doesn't care about customer satisfaction .. I am facing lot of problems after buying one since starting ..... Never go for it is my suggestion.

    No one doing good service in this company near the RTO side 100 feet road .. general service they make a lot of time and not give properly even they are not put one bold and the net correct repeated company is coming, again and again, worst service in this branch.

    Don't purchase any model of Vespa Piaggio.
    The company is interested only in sales.
    They are not interested to give service & repair.
    No one is giving answers to the customer's email.
    The company has no policy for servicing.
    No, authorised service centres.
    My request don't purchase vespa.

  • Side wheels missing

    1. Extra side wheels are not given free with the bike.
    2. It does not account for potholes and bumps.
    3. It looks good. But could be better. Hire an artist.
    4. A certificate should be provided along with a booklet.
    5. Pros: like a child's dream come true. Cons: not that safe.
    6. Training and driver's license should be given with the bike.

    1. Greasing and petrol should be done regularly. 2. Side wheels should not be removed at any cost. 3. A tiffin box and water bottle should be kept inside the seat. 4. Helmet should be hung on one side of the scooter handle. 5. Light switch and last battery reserve should be checked. 5. Cover should be put before rainy days.

    Nothing is professional except a good product in monkeys' hands. No one knows their work. Servicing is the worst i have ever seen. Porur center is closed in Chennai.Jmb motors service center at asho pillar is taking 6 days to do a normal service. The servicing personnel is seen wandering and sitting mostly, not keen on doing work this shows management is in bad hands. After normal serving only many problems started, i think either they do not do their work properly or stealing spares for sure petrol ( now rs110) for sure stolen from my Vespa scooter.No more noise, pulling on one side so I get neck pain, no speedo cable available or red tail lamp available, knocking of the engine is there increasing day by day. The mechanic's eyes were staring at me when I took the vehicle indicating many things.. Bad experience with a good scooter. no one wants to see you there in service centers. No follow-up calls also. I hope the company will close in this stiff competition. My advice is to do not buy Vespa scooters.

  • If you have more money for maintenance then opt for vespa

    Servicing and maintenance is key factor for any vehicle and that's terrible with vespa .1. Spares cost are very high (compares with scooter sector budget)2. Selective service center so long waiting time and poor servicing which literally affect your ride quality3. Most of the time not sure whether they are really changing the parts for which they are charging and they won't let you see what they do4. Maintenances is costly and not worthy instead we could maintain a hatchback car in place of this.

    We have to change disc pad very often, there's more vibration which am going on complaint for ever time I visit, still it's not resolved I suggest pls opt any other scooter in this segment better shall be activa.

    Poor build quality, bad service centres , no after sales, the guys not able to deliver the scooter at doorstep, my fate to have a vespa, keep vespa as a showcase element, please don't be cheated , honda activa, dio, yamaha scooters, tvs jupiter , is far better than vespa, only the thing vespa is keeping Italian style , but the engine and service is worst.

    I have purchased the vehicle on 24.10.2019 and paid the accessories cost also.But till 14.11.2019 the seat cover,foot mat and hand grips are pending even multiple times visited the show room.We respect the brand of vespa and so that paid high amount.But this is not the way of handling of customer.I left the vehicle at the service station on 14.11.2019 and i will not take the vehicle till the issue is resolve. As a branded company i need to know the quality indicators of customer care.

    I have been riding vespa past few years , service cost is literally high compared to other bikes , we can't find any spare parts outside . Pathetic service centers , can't give customer satisfaction even after paying high service price , my suggestion is to never go for such brands which doesn't care about customer satisfaction .. I am facing lot of problems after buying one since starting ..... Never go for it is my suggestion.
