Yamaha Crux Summary
The Crux is the oldest and the cheapest bike from Yamaha India. The bike follows the concept of built-to-last and is targeted at the rural area where the use is more of multi-purpose and less of daily commuting. The Japanese maker had given it a mid-life facelift few years ago with new decals and multi-reflector headlight and indicators.
The Crux is powered by single-cylinder 106cc air-cooled engine that produces 7.5bhp at 7,500rpm and a maximum torque of 7.5Nm at 6,000rpm. The engine is mated to a four-speed gearbox with three up and one down shift pattern. The bike gets electric start for easy use and gets traditional spoke wheels.
The Crux has a fuel tank capacity of 11 litres and weighs 113kg.It is sold in India in two colour options – Maroon and Black. If you are someone who is looking for a cheap bike that can carry heavy load, then the Yamaha Crux is your choice.

The bike design is old but is gold. excellent mileage 76kmpl smooth riding. comfort sitting place. comfort handlebars, but no alloy wheels, good lighting in the night visibility best mileage bike in the computers segment, I like that bike, more good quality build for Yamaha

It is refined engine

My bike is 130000km running. I had bought a crux bike in 2011.I did change the clutch plate two times, 4 times changed the chains sprocket, and oil change every 3000km once.front and rear tire changes two times. threefront fork oil changed due to oil seal leakage.The front rim changed, brake shoe was changed two times. Drive Whenever I go to my native place. I travel only on my bike, a monthly 1000km run because I used my touring purposes and 5 years before I used my bike go-to company. Nowadays I use my bike for touring purposes. Mileage 62km /l. good engines smooth engines, and refined engines.The Yamaha Crux is really Awesome bike.

Crux the real Indian motorbike.

The 13th year still going strong. Good suspension. Very good mileage. Affordable spares are available online and offline. The least maintenance you can maintain yourself. Very agile and weight and power ratio is good as per that time and category. No problem motorcycle even the spark plug is very long and no engine work is required yet. The engine is still smooth. 90km easily cruising. Original tires are still in use.

It had completed 4 times half engine and twice full engine. 4-time piston and one block. 6-time chain sprocket. 5 times tyre. I am satisfied with Yamaha crux.

I was purchased this bike in 2016 as per my own riding experience on Yamaha crux is extremely good. Fuel consumption is also less than others if compared with contemporary brands bikes. Yamaha was amazing bike highly recommend all to bike if available to you. Even second hand also can also be privileged to buy.

Hello sir,i bought a yamaha crux,but i am not satisfied with servicing and maintenance .Yamaha is not a good brand, yamaha do not have resale value,i hate yamaha crux and i hate yamaha customer care, not good service , no good mechanic, i don't know other state service good or bad,but ludhiana yamaha service center is not good
