The Fascino 125 is a swanky-looking, hybrid engine-powered, lightweight, 125cc scooter by Yamaha. It’s a more elegant and curvier-looking version of the Ray ZR 125 as both are based on the same platform. The Fascino 125 comes in as many as eight variants which differ in terms of colour options, braking hardware, and features.
Powering the scooter is a 125cc, air-cooled motor that produces 8.04bhp and 10.03Nm. This hybrid engine works in tandem with a battery to help extract 16 per cent more mileage while producing 30 per cent more torque.
It gets a new fully digital instrument console with Bluetooth connectivity, side-stand cut-off switch, and an optional USB charger. It also gets the Yamaha Y-Connect mobile application, which displays maintenance recommendations, a fuel consumption tracker, the last parking location, malfunction notifications, rider ranking, and a revs dashboard. The S variant of the scooter also comes with an ‘Answer Back’ function that allows the user to locate the scooter from a distance. Then, the scooter benefits from a silent start and a start-stop system.
In terms of hardware, the Yamaha Fascino 125 features telescopic forks at the front and a monoshock at the rear. It rides on a 90/90 section 12-inch tyre at the front and a 110/90 section 10-inch tyre at the back. While the base version gets a drum brake setup at both ends, the top-spec model gets a 190mm disc brake at the front. The rear continues to feature a 130mm drum brake. Safety features include a combined braking system.

The SPL edition blue is the best color for it. I mainly bought it to take my son to swimming classes. But now I'm having fun driving it. It was a blue core. The boot was surprisingly big. Enough for a helmet. Must buy. Top speed 120kmph. The hook was a bit small bit a bit suitable for heavy items, but not that much.

I bought a Fascino 125 8 months ago. The last month it had a battery problem. The start button and Kickstarter weren't functioning condition. Contacted the service center and they came home after 2 days. Took the battery and sent it to the warranty section. Now when I asked about the status they told me that after one week we could put in a new battery. Then what about my daily journey? What about their customer handling? I am very sad to write this here. Let us see what is going to happen.

Disappointing Quality and Performance
Arun
I purchased a Fascino 125 top edition vehicle on July 21 from Samukh Motors in East Tambaram and have been disappointed with its performance. The suspension is very poor—small bumps in the road result in excessive vibrations. Apart from the engine, most of the spare parts seem to be of substandard quality. Over the last three years, I’ve had to replace many parts. I service my scooter every three months at their showroom, but I often find that parts go faulty or wear out quickly due to their low quality.

Super experienced yet. I love Yamaha, the best in all scooters. The best option among all products is super service. Live prof has good built quality and a unique design and look. I recommend going for only Yamaha. Super and duper. Yamaha is the number one. Good mileage. All the features are very good. Good finishing.
