Battery down in 6 months

I bought Yamaha fascino in December 2021, and its battery was down for 6 months. When I approached the service center, they said it will take minimum 5-10 days to replace the battery in the warranty period and I have to keep the scooter at the service center during this period. This was difficult for me as I have to ride 70 km to the workplace on my scooter every day and there were no other travel options available. Really disappointed by Yamaha's response.

Fascino 125 superb

Earlier I used activa , i feel shoulder pain so sold it and buy Jupiter it is comfortable. When my wife needs a vehicle we buy fascino 125 hybrid in my opinion fascino is better than activa and jupiter by all means. I am getting 70km mileage and riding comfort is fantastic in my opinion fascino is the best in this segment.

I bought a Fascino 125 8 months ago. The last month it had a battery problem. The start button and Kickstarter weren't functioning condition. Contacted the service center and they came home after 2 days. Took the battery and sent it to the warranty section. Now when I asked about the status they told me that after one week we could put in a new battery. Then what about my daily journey? What about their customer handling? I am very sad to write this here. Let us see what is going to happen.
